llano V12 RGB Laptop Cooling Pad, Gaming Laptop Cooler

After 3 weeks of using this product. I would like to give it a 4 star, but understanding how machines with power work, it’s a 5! 😇 I’ve had several laptop cooling systems in the past, sure they all had RGB lights, but the power, space, and quality were no comparison. First, let’s talk about how this can connect with your laptop. (Note: I don’t use it in this form because I have a docker station, but I did test it to ensure the usb ports are working). The cooling system comes with a USB-C to USB-C connector that connects to your laptop (cable included). After connecting this piece, you can then connect a mouse and keyboard to the USB slots on the cooling system instead of your laptop, and boom, you can send the signal of both devices and use them as normal. Awesome! Next, the power of the fan. It actually cools my laptop by around 20-25 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with a nice pad that you can place your laptop on so that the bottom does not get scratched. This was carefully thought of and well crafted to include. It also comes with a dust proof filter so that the fan underneath does not intake dust. This machine can blast cold air like no other. The trade off is that with lots of power coming from the fan, it will sound loud when it’s at max speeds. However, it’s understandable, it’s blowing powerful cold air. The RGB lights make it look pretty, and there are several types of settings you can use for the lights. It all depends on how you like your light settings to be, there are static colors and there are dynamic colors as well. I use the dynamic rainbow function of light settings, there’s no life without colors! To summarize it all together, this fan was well worth it. It’s a good weight, it’s durable, powerful and pretty. I have a MacBook Pro from 2019, 15 inch sitting right on top of the pad, and the cooling system gets the job done. ✅ If there are any questions about this cooling system, feel free to comment below. So immensely happy that I got this product!! Works like a charm and is only really noisy when you go up to 600+ fan power. Perfect size for the HP Omen and the grip strength is great!! Easy to use.

After using it, I know it's really worth it. - Cooling Performance I tested it with my ROG Strix G16 and Alienware X16, and the results were excellent. The fan speed reaches up to 2800 RPM, and when playing Valorant, I set my laptop to gaming mode and maxed out the cooling pad’s fan speed. With this setup, my keyboard stayed completely cool, whereas without the cooling pad, the keyboard and metal casing would get uncomfortably hot. - Dust Filter – [My Favorite Feature] One of the standout features for me is the dust filter at the air intake. It prevents dust from being drawn into the laptop, which is a huge plus. I regularly clean my laptop’s cooling system and know how dust buildup can impact performance. This filter reduces the need for frequent disassembly and cleaning, helping to maintain efficient cooling over time. - RGB Lighting & USB Hub The adjustable RGB lighting looks great—not a must-have for me, but definitely a nice bonus. The USB hub on the side also adds convenience by reducing the number of peripherals directly connected to my laptop. Downsides - Noise: At max 2800 RPM, the fan is quite loud. One night, I went downstairs to grab a drink and could still hear it from another room. However, powerful cooling comes at a cost, and I find it manageable by wearing headphones while gaming. - Portability: I often take my laptop to work or different locations, and this cooling pad isn’t very travel-friendly due to its size and thickness. If you need something highly portable, this might not be the best choice. If you're serious about keeping your gaming laptop cool and want to minimize dust buildup, this cooling pad is absolutely worth it. While the noise and portability might be drawbacks, the strong airflow, impressive cooling efficiency, and dust protection more than make up for it.

Bought a year ago and this is an amazing laptop cooler. Fan speed ranges from 300 to 2800. The lights are cute, but I normally turn them off. The faster the speed, the louder it gets. It can get really loud. I wear noise cancelling headphones so I don't have to hear it. Others in the room may be disturbed if it gets too high of a speed. It cools down my laptop really quickly when I put it on max and then just reduce it when it is not warm anymore to the touch. I don't regret buying this as the point was for it to cool my laptop down quickly and it did it's main function so much better than other laptop coolers I bought. It's a keeper for me. It has USB A and USB Cports on the side as well to charge devices. My only want is the AC adapter to have a longer cord.

I have a Legion 9i Gen 9 by Lenovo with the power hungry Rtx 4090. I noticed that when I was gaming my laptop got hot enough to actually hurt when I touched the back of the pc. I was concerned about the longevity of my laptop given how hot it was getting. This cooling pad by Illano dramatically reduces the temperature of my laptop. I haven’t measured the cpu or the gpu temps or anything, but I can tell just by touching the laptop during gaming. The laptop feels dramatically cooler. What’s cool about Illanos device is that you can adjust the RPM of the fan based on what you are doing. When you aren’t gaming, you can reduce the fan all the way down to 300 RPM and barely hear it. When you are gaming you can increase the fan speed all the way to 2800 RPM! Now that being said the fan gets VERY loud at higher speeds. That problem is easily solved by wearing headphones during gaming. With some nice heads phones you cannot hear the fan. In summary I highly recommend this cooling pad for gaming laptops that have higher end graphics cards that result in a lot of heat.

I absolutely LOVE this cooler. It does get really loud at the higher settings, but there are SO many fan speeds that it's really easy to navigate and find one that cools the amount you need, as well as being quiet enough for your personal preference. I did have some issues with mine not working after a while, but I reached out to customer service and they helped me within a day or two. Really amazing support, and super friendly team. Edit: This stopped working, again, in less than a year. Really big bummer considering the price.

Cools off my Lenovo Legion extremely well. I was skeptical at first, and I already had a nice $50 laptop cooling pad. This one just feels way more premium, and lowers the core temperatures 10° better than my other cooling pad, even when I'm overclocking my gpu. Only bad thing I can say is that it doesn’t raise high enough for my liking so I’ve just propped it up with a box lol.

Been having overheating issues with my Alienware R17 for a long time, tried other cooling pads but did not do much at all. This one works really well, and my laptop does not overheat anymore when gaming. Highly recommend!

Keeps my Legion 5 Pro cooler while I play... very good.
