Helps in healing plantar fasciitis
Arch support is a must for healing plantar fasciitis otherwise the ligament keeps tearing with even little bit of walking around the house. This product is comfortable, durable and prevents repeated tearing of the ligament. I am experiencing less swelling of my heel and less pain. With a little practice, I learnt to place the arch support in the right manner that it supported my arch but doesn't hurt.

My mom got relief
My mom did get relief when walking and that was the best part, I am reducing one star because it kinda slips through the feet as it has no attachment with ankles and also wearing it for long my mom even got some skin peels while removing, so make sure to apply powder or a moisturizer to avoid this. Still served it's purpose.
