Worst experience with Godrej
Honest review after using the lock for almost a month. Let’s start with installation: I requested for installation and they sent their representative. He forced me to give good review on amazon. Also, the installation is not free, the installation guy Raees asked for 100₹ After 15-20days of using the lock it started beeping. I was rest assured as it was under warranty but here comes the disappointment part. When I called godrej for the resolution, the customer care representative told me that my area is not serviceable, (Note: *IT IS THE SAME AREA WHICH WAS EARLIER SERVICEABLE FOR INSTALLATION*). The customer care representative gave me a contact number of their technician to call and ask if my area is serviceable, (is this my job?) Godrej is responsible for confirm if area is serviceable or not, right?. Also when I told that the same area was serviceable for installation why not serviceable for manufacturing defects, she said Godrej can’t do anything, the customer should handle all this. Now when I called the technician he said he will take 200₹ visiting charges although my product was installed within 1 month range. He asked me to change the battery cells(we had installed new cells at the time of installation, how is it possible that the 4 cells get drained within 1 month) and no other help provided. Not expected from such a respected company like Godrej. Don’t go by brand value
