Excellent product
Works for adults and big people. People with small waist will have to use their hands to hold it in place, the belt that buckles doesn’t adjust to small waistline.

Only for men?
I can adjust the belt from what looks like it would fit an XXXL person to just an XL person. As a XS woman, this is falling off of me at the tightest setting.

Well-made comfortable belt but buckle doesn't hold under heavy resistance
I really liked this belt (see review below) but found that the buckle doesn't hold if I'm pulling against heavier resistance. The problem is in the design of the buckle. It's a plastic side-release buckle, the type where you push in on the sides to release it and, to secure it, push it in until it clicks. However, it doesn't really click into place because the outside of the prongs are too flat and there isn't really anything to catch on to hold it closed. (See photo.) This doesn't render the belt unusable since the buckle is on an inner belt that holds the belt up but doesn't take much of the pulling or pushing pressure (that's handled by the larger outer belt). However, it's a nuisance to have to hold the belt up with tape or a cord. You can order a replacement side-release buckle on Amazon and replace the prong part easily, but it would need to fit perfectly into the receptacle part, which is sewn on, or else I would need to remove the stitches and sew a new receptacle part on. The very wide belt distributes the pressure over a wide area so the belt is comfortable to use even though it has no padding. I prefer using my arms to push or pull the handles on my sled but if I do that for too long my shoulders or wrists can start to get tired, so this allows me to pull or push a sled for longer. Plus my sled doesn't have a handle that makes it easy to pull backwards. The material of the belt as well as the attachment cords and buckles and carabiners are good quality. The belt material is quite stiff, but I don't think that's a problem and may actually help to more evenly distribute the weight you're pulling since it helps prevent the belt from wrapping around your hips. I use it with the original model Torque M1 Tank sled, which has wheels and uses a brake mechanism rather than weights to provide resistance. The Tank doesn't have a handle for pulling (the newer model does), so I use this mainly for pulling backwards (so the belts is pulling against my abs) to work my hamstrings but also for pulling forward (so the belt is pulling against my lower back). I find it comfortable in both positions. However, the Torque wheel sled doesn't provide massive resistance (unless maybe you walk super fast), so I can't say how comfortable it would be with a heavily-loaded sled.

Good quality item
Have used this twice a week now for around 4 weeks. I only use only if the straps and basically double it over so it makes it shorter otherwise you'll need quite a lot of space before you even start pulling. Mainly used for reverse sledge pulls to rehab a knee injury. Seems to be working well. Seems good quality.
