Product seems to be very well made, and is more powerful than i expected. High vibration is like an earthquake. There are 4 vibration intensity levels, and two heat levels. There are four zones, shoulders, upper back, lower back and thighs. These are all on by default, but can be turned off individually. It has a timer where it will operate for 15, 30 or 60 minutes then shut off. It's surprising how quick the time passes! There are also a number of vibration patters where it cycles through the various zones with different patterns, but I've found the Auto setting that has a varying pattern over all the zones to be great. I've been having some comfort issues while working from home at my computer - my home office chair isn't that good after half a day. I was hoping that this massager would help with my 'numb bum'. It helps a little, but not as much as I would have liked. I still don't have full-day endurance even when taking walk breaks. But on lower settings, its very soothing and relaxing - more than I'd expected. At my workplace, my chair is better, and the massager works better. A bit loud in earthquake mode, I usually run it on the next lowest setting, and with heat set to low for added effect. On high it tends to rattle the armrests on my chair, which might annoy my co-workers. Watch out for the two vibrating nodules under the thighs - if you sit *on* them you can get circulation cutting off, so I sit with my legs outside the nodules. I like it!

Well worth the price.. I Paid $49.99 and it's so worth it! 1st of all it's Portable with a wall or car adapter. Easy to use. 5 stars overall but 4 stars for ease of use because there are 4 intensity levels but 1 button so you don't know what level you're on. I just keep pushing it until it feels the strongest. It gets pretty hot, which is nice but you can turn heat off if you want. Only 1 level for heat. I wish there was a low, med. & high. Works fantastic though! Works better than I thought it would. Several mode types and areas to choose plus an auto mode which alternates modes (kneading, pulsing etc) Head/neck portion: Not ergonomically designed well for myself but I'm 5'3" so the top mode would probably work better for someone taller. I wish it had a thicker top for more head/ neck support. I use it in my office chair so if I lean back it's fine but working at my desk (sewing) it doesn't. But I also have a slip cover I bought for my chair so I plan on putting a pillow or rolled up towel between so I have more head/neck support. If you have neck problems I would say find something else** but it works really well on my back especially when I'm crafting. ** Try searching for Hugs at XOXOBYSHARI. I designed them because of a diving accident I was in. They're fantastic! For this product I would say don't hesitate to buy, you can always return if you don't like it but I think you'll end up keeping it.

My purchase of the Snailax Massager was short on longevity. The unit stopped working after five months. However, I must say the company was really good about it. They agreed to replace it as long as I covered the shipping. Not cheap, it was $22, but I liked the unit so much I agreed to pay it and they immediately sent me the UPS label. I did give the unit a workout, using it every day, sometimes twice a day. I don't know if the problem will show up on other units. We'll have to see if there are any more reports. But the company is good to deal with.

A little backstory before the review. In the last two years I’ve been in three no fault accidents. The first a truck turned against their light and hit my vehicle head on. The second I was a pedestrian in a lighted crosswalk when a truck hit me at 30mph shattering my hip. The third one was a month ago when a deer hit my car sending me swerving and into an embankment. Needless to say my body is pretty beat up and my back kills me. My current replacement car was not what I was looking for but I figured I could make due (2010 CVPI!). Biggest issue is no heated seats, which I’ve come to rely on for easing back pain. So my quest began for a solution to my problem. I searched quite some time for a heated seat cover for my car, after thorough research I settled on the Snailax Massage Cushion with Heat. SL-262P (I had no idea massage was an option for car seat covers). Very easy to install, just slip over the headrest and back of the seat, plug into 12V outlet and you’re good to go. Easy to work the vibration settings, they target all the right spots in your back. The heat gets hot! I heat it up then click over to the lower setting. Really an all around great product and would highly recommend to anyone. Ok here are my very minor gripes, not deal breakers in any way though. For me the high massage setting is the only one I really use. The others don’t do enough for me, but this could be due to my multiple accidents and back pain. I would love a more intense massage available. I’m sure the remote cord is long enough for most people but for my setup I’d like a longer cord so I have more placement options. Last thing is I’m in and out of my car a lot and have to reposition the bottom seat regularly. I’ll probably sew in some Velcro straps so I can secure it as I like. Again I want to say I am very pleased with this product.

PROS: + Relaxing vibrations + Ample heating to soothe back aches + Upgrades my subpar office chair with slightly more comfort even when the motors and heaters are off. + Easy controls CONS: - Vibration motors vibrate, calling them massaging is a bit of a stretch. Still relaxing, just not deep enough for me to consider it to be considered "massaging." Others may disagree. - The heater on the bottom lights my rear on fire and makes me sweat. Wish I could turn off the butt heater and leave the back heater on. - Has to be plugged in. Maybe that's not so much a con on the product as is a con with reality. I can't think of any other sensible way to power this thing but dealing with the cord is one of those things that make being a grown up more difficult. Obviously - first world problem and all that. - While the controls are almost perfect, the fact that we can not turn on the back heater without turning on the butt heater is a problem. WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN? Yes, I've had it for a few months now and it is still worth every penny. If it lasts a full year, I will have considered it more than worth it. If it last the full two years of the warranty, I will feel like I got a steal. 2019 is a really great age to be alive in. Overall, I am glad I gave this product a try. SOME RANDOM THOUGHTS: After about 6 hours at my desk working on servers, it is a relief to turn this on. The only problem I experience is that after about 5 minutes, the butt heater makes my nuts sweat. TMI - I know. But listen, I don't know how else to say it more delicately. The vibrating motors aren't deeply massaging, but they provide a surprising amount of relief. In my case, as a 6'3" 300+ lb man with shoulders that are wider than a lot of people are tall - AND spinal arthritis - not to mention an L4 and L5 that are smaller than the bones above, I can't begin to explain how nice 15 to 30 minutes of vibrations and heat feel. Even without the electronics, the cushion improves the comfort of my desk chair ever so slightly. ONE LAST THOUGHT: It is always too hot in the office for me, year round. No matter where I've worked, I've kept a desk fan that runs non-stop 9a to 6p to cool me down. But if you are one of those poor souls that just can't get warm in the office, this seat cushion might possibly change your life.

The heat mode in the massage cushion model SL-262P is way better than any heating pad I’ve ever tried, I was actually using my microwave ones that have to be reheated every 10 minutes to get any relief from them. If you have arthritis you will love the heat this model produces, no more going back and forth to heat up pads or dealing with the 10 min shut off with my plug in. I loved that it was user ready, just unwrap, place and plug in and it was ready to go, which I really appreciated since I was in alot of pain and just looking to relieve it. It stayed in place nicely when I kicked back in the recliner too, I didn’t have to mess with adjusting it at all. It gives a nice gentle vibration, perfect for soothing a body that’s already in a world of hurt. I really like the rolling mode it feels like hands rubbing your back. After 15 minutes of the beautiful heat and trying out the different modes I did the rolling mode for another 15 minutes, I felt so much better when I got up to make supper. While I was working on some dishes I tried out the cordless neck and shoulder shiatsu model SL-632NC ( I sit to wash dishes) It loosed up my neck and shoulders and lessened the spasms and shocks I was having, and while I didn’t notice as much heat from it as the other model it did create some heat to help my arthritis, and it was a stronger massage then the cushion that I’d compare to a sports massage which is great to get the circulation going, and work out knots in your muscles, it also felt just like hands to me like the other one. After it worked on my neck for a few minutes I slide it down to my upper back, then lower back and alternated back to my neck while I was fixing supper, it made it much more pleasant then it usually is and I felt well enough to eat afterwards. I even used it on my leg to bring the circulation back a few times. I can’t wait to use both everyday throughout my day to help me feel better! I’m actually using it right now to relax me so I can try to go to sleep. I’m excited to check out more products I would definitely buy for family and friends. Highly recommend

we have had this cushion for a couple of weeks now. The heating feature on this is extremely effective - it gets much hotter than I expected. Probably on par with how hot a heating pad would get. The vibrating massage works well and can be adjusted in intensity. I appreciate being able to choose which areas to shut off if desired (there are 4 zones - upper back, thighs, etc - and you can choose which ones of the zones you want off). The heat can also be used without the massage. We have used this in home only and not in the car, although the adapter came with it for that. The seat itself is covered in plush material and feels like memory foam. This is everything I expected and more - recommended. If I were to improve it, I would have the option to have the heat only in the back (and off on the seat); and be able to SEE which intensity level the massage is set at. Update 1 - About a month later the cushion has suddenly stopped working completely. We are getting a total runaround about replacement or refund. Update 2: after weeks of going around in circles and being frustrated by the company in fighting to get the defective item replaced, I told them if I did not see proof of shipping within 24 hours, I would return for a refund and leave a VERY negative review on Amazon. They replied appropriately and our replacement was received within a few days. Glad to get the replacement but WOW what a pain getting them to fulfil the warranty! Bottom line - I like the product BUT if you order and receive a defective product just return it for refund; don't try to deal with this company for a replacement.

The seat came promptly amd was easy to set up in the car so it stayed in place. I like the mulitple settings and found the massager perfect after a long day...soothing and hit all the right spots. I am fairly short (5 foot) so i turn of the upper back as it is above my shoulders but the other 3 massagers are perfect. I am really appreciating the heat - i start on high but once the car warms up the low is ideal. I also like the auto shut off feature with the option to keep it on for up to an hour. It would be nice if it remembered your last setting but it is very easy to program so not a big deal. Overall very happy with this product. Customer service re activating warranty has also been very responsive.
