Very helpful
This is very helpful for learning what is high Fodmap. This really helped me when I was following the fodmap diet and trying to determine what food were causing my GI issues. I like that it told you what was high, medium and low so you knew what you could have and what to avoid.

Fodlist Fodmap List of Foods
Absolutely love this Fodlist Fodmap. I refer to it often. It has a coating on it so easy to clean. Tells me the status of food, if it is gluten, lets you see the carb count and the calories. It gives you the Dietary Fibers. Has everything you need to know about food. Highly recommend this product.

Great list - BUT ERRORS!!
Very helpful list, but the included "Quick Low-FODMAP Foods Guide" has several glaring errors that caused me several days of grief. It includes Broccoli, Broccolini, and Brussels Sprouts as low FODMAP when they are actually HIGH. Some of the others on the list (Avocado) are Medium. Be careful when using this quick guide! The actual large guide itself seems correct and is quite handy.

Quick and Easy to reference, these lists may expand your dietary choices
Great lists for reminding yourself of what foods are best on an IBS diet. I find myself reviewing the lists before I make my grocery store list. It reminds me of foods I like but am not in the habit of purchasing. It's easy to get into a rut buying the same thing over and over again because you know they're "safe" to eat. These charts expand what you can safely have, what you might have a few of, and what you should probably avoid. Easier than printing out online lists or copying pages from a book.

Watch these lists. They donโt match.
Itโs a very nice list and has a lot of foods on it. However there are discrepancies. The big, fold out list has broccoli, broccolini and Brussels sprouts as high FODMAP (as far as I know, this is correct). But on the small list you take to the grocery store of โsafe foodsโ it very clearly lists broccoli, broccolini and Brussels sprouts.

Fodmap chart and grocery list are perfect for what I need
I have been looking for a better diet to help alleviate my digestive issues. I found out about Fodmap and needed a handy chart to help me understand what foods were good and bad. My current diet is pretty good eliminating most foods high I fructose and eating lactase free dairy. However, my digestive issues did not go away so now I will be following a low Fodmap diet starting in September. The chart and shopping list will help direct what I should eat and buy. If this works, the chart and list will be invaluable!

Great product for information to improve your gut health.
I am very pleased with this Food List and with the smaller Grocery List and recommendations about eating a balanced meal. It is organized very well and gives all the information needed to improve gut health so you can make good choices in planning meals and choosing good snacks and beverages. They are laminated which is another good feature. It is definitely worth the money.

Useful basic information.
Unfortunately, these charts are very generic and really only a general guideline if you are new to food allergies/conditions. If you have longterm IBS, diverticulitis etc the best advice I can give you is to ask your FP/hospital dieticians, search out self-help groups, ask questions based on your own personal reactions/allergies etc and draw your own chart. No one fits these charts... I bought these in desperation after a year of IBS. By then I already knew a lot of my triggers and symptoms and reactions. I've come to realise that we are all different, we must identify our personal triggers and coping strategies. Get these charts if you need a starting point. Don't buy them for answers to your condition.
