Great little watch to begin with. However did not last very long.

If I could give this product zero stars, I would. I had a fleece blanket that I had pulled out from the laundry.I went to fold the blanket up and I was electrocuted. I'm okay, but believe me when I say that it was not fun. I didn't know initially what was happening. I had strange sensations from my wrist through the lower portion of my left arm. And burning in my wrist. The watch was extremely hot so I threw it off. I still had sensations running in my arm. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I touched my watch and it was blazing hot. Not smoking, not fire, but too hot to touch. And the watch was fried. Totally black and no longer working. I took the watch and immediately went to the front desk. And wrote up an incident report. Where the metal piece from the center of the watch was, I have circular impressions. My arm still hurts mildly five hours later. Thank God I had tennis shoes and socks on so I was grounded. And thank God that there was a piece of plastic between my wrist and the center of the watch or I could have been seriously injured. I am reporting this to the manufacturer. I have had four or so similar watches. My watch band broke so I just bought a new one. (No, I could not simply replace the band). I have had no problem with the brands used previously. It was just a fluke. Thank God. But if someone had a pacemaker or something or if I had not been grounded, it could be serious. I have Epilepsy and such a malfunction could be life threatening. I will not use the brand again nor recommend it to anyone.

When I received my watch, it was incredibly easy to set up and to make my profile specific to me. The app has a lot of options for notifications that their previous level of watch didn't. What they did the best was when my sensor stopped working, they not only quickly responded to my email but they helped me troubleshoot it and when we could not resolve the issue, they sent me a new watch that I had within days. The only complaint I have and it's more of a me thing than a problem thing but if you are a person that flexes your wrist backwards a lot you might end up changing your watch face a lot as well.

I bought this for my husband and didn't want to spend too much in case he wouldn't wear it. Well, he is now wearing it all the time and is totally impressed with all the information it provides. We ran into a little bit of trouble hooking it up but I think it was our own fault. Can't tell you what we did, but the next day when we were going to try again, it was working! For the price, can't say enough.

Le prix est mini par rapport à d’autres montres connectées, mais celle-ci n’a pas grand-chose à leur envier. La fréquence cardiaque est surveillée en permanence et semble conforme à la réalité, tout comme la saturation. Les données de sommeil sont assez fiables, la tension systolique un peu plus élevée que la réalité, mais l’écart semble constant, donc il suffit d’en tenir compte. Je pense que le podomètre est un peu optimiste et compte certains mouvements comme des pas, à vérifier. La batterie tient très bien pour le moment, une semaine que je porte la montre en permanence, elle est encore à 34 %. L’application est fluide et facile à utiliser, et le design est sympa. En résumé, cette montre est bien plus performante et jolie que ma précédente, qui était pourtant plus chère ! Reste à voir sur la durée…

Voici un commentaire complet reprenant toutes les questions que je me suis posée. 1- on peut chercher notre téléphone ou la montre grâce à une option qui fait vibrer fort le tel ou la montre 2- on reçoit bien une notification avec vibration sur la montre pour WhatsApp LinkedIn et autres 3- on peut activer une lampe torche qui est pas mal pour une petite montre 4- plusieurs cadran de montre sympa, dont la possibilité de personnaliser son cadran 5- rythme cardiaque/ tension/ pression artérielle/ oxygène du sang fonctionne bien 6- l'alarme et le minuteur bien pratique aussi 7- possibilité en glissant de gauche à droite, d'avoir un accès rapide aux applications utilisées récemment 8- météo fonctionne bien 9- on peut régler l'intensité de vibration de la montre 10- on peut activer une option qui allume l'écran de la montre dès qu'on lève le bras La batterie, j'en suis à mon 6eme jour, il me reste 26% INCROYABLE JAIME CETTE MONTRE Dès qu'elle ne fonctionne pas je file en racheter une ( bien évidemment la même) Je recommande

On a dû changer le bracelet au bout d'un an l'écran se raille vite et là la montre ne charge plus
