I really like this vitamin c supplement. It's easy to swallow and I didn't have any indigestion or other digestive upset. I definitely feel better since I've been taking it. After research, this product checked my boxes. 250mg, organic and liquid. I have trouble taking pills. Tastes really good too.

I was pleasantly surprised by these Vitamin C — they taste exactly like Sour Patch Kids, which makes them really easy to take. I also appreciate the clean ingredient list, which gives me confidence in what I’m putting into my body. My only complaint is that the strength is on the lower side, so I have to take more than I’d prefer to reach the dose I need. A higher-potency option would make these perfect. Overall, though, they’re tasty, well-made, and something I would definitely purchase again.

Tastes great, seems good. Other than that, I don't know how one assesses a supplement, other than to say it seems to have the desired effect. It will always be a judgement, a guess. But yes, this seems like good stuff.

This is the real vitamin c not the pretend that is ascorbic acid. And it works like it the real thing.
