These are a bit larger than a quarter. Flat and well made. The adhesive actually sticks to both the magnet and the item you are trying to attach to the fridge. Works great.

Excellent refrigerator magnets for keeping photos from falling off

These coin sized magnets are perfect for 3 D printed badges. The magnet along with a metal plate on the back of the badge, allows the badge to be displayed on a shirt without poking a hole in the fabric. When not being worn to a rally, the badge can be placed on the refrigerator door for storage and display.

Just a disclaimer so everyone is aware of just how powerful and dangerous these magnets are as I don't think they stressed it enough. If you were to get your finger between two of these magnets as they were coming together you'd at least get a severe pinch/bruise if not possibly break your finger. I didn't injure myself, but I see and respect the power of these magnets well enough to know the danger involved with using them, and unfortunately not everyone does until they get injured. With that said, please know and respect the power that these magnets have and use extreme caution when dealing with them so you don't seriously injure yourself or someone else. Even inside the box insulated with the styrofoam packaging and the adhesive stickers, the entire box will stick to metal. They're THAT strong. I honestly don't know what "practical" household purpose these would serve. If you're looking for a "fridge magnet" don't use these, they'll stick to the fridge but you won't be able to get them off without sliding/prying them and scratching up your fridge. Using them as a "tool holder" as they show in the pictures probably isn't the best idea either, prepare for the tool to go flying out of your hand and onto the magnet from about 6-12" away. Depending on what type of metal the tool is made out of, that "force" could cause the magnet to shatter into a thousand pieces, not to mention the tool could seriously injure someone. Also, don't trust the adhesive stickers, they will rip right off whatever surface you put them on when anything metal gets near the magnet causing the magnet to go flying towards the metal object. If you feel you NEED to use these magnets, I suggest you use them in a safe location, use them to hold whatever you need and LEAVE THEM ALONE. Don't keep putting/removing metal objects on/from them. Also keep away from credit cards, security badges, ID chips, computers, cell phones, laptops... these magnets will wipe the data off of them quite efficiently. Honestly, I'm not going to use these magnets, they are just too dangerous and not safe for the applications (wall tool holder) I had intended on using them for. But that's not the manufacturer's fault. I gave them four stars, took away a star because they REALLY need to have better warnings.

Very powerful as described

They are strong magnets but they break. One shattered into three pieces trying to dislodge from another one.

These magnets are exactly what I needed. The only "problem" is they are so strong it is very hard to separate them should they come in contact with each other without something in-between them. I was able to separate 4 out of 6 easily enough by sliding them apart but the last two weren't cooperating so much. Any use of a thin metal like putty knife or flat head screwdriver to wedge apart didn't work as they would stick to the top of the magnet when trying to push between the two magnets. I finally used a catfood can lid (aluminum) and it worked very well. It was perfect, thin enough to slip between the magnets & separate them.

What’s so rare about them? They work great!

You have to be careful you dont pinch your fingers cause their so magnetic. I use them on laser engraver bed

As advertised, they are strong magnets. Came in a box packaged with styrofoam 'sheath' and the foam adhesives for protection. Of the 20; 11 had no chips, 5 had smaller chips/dents 4 had larger chips Not as bad as some pics from others that arrived completely smashed/cracked but still noticable. Good enough for me though as when flipped over, the other side is fine.

I bought these to put curtains up in a camper. They are quite strong with each other, but useless when trying to hang a small curtain using washers sewn into the hem. Also, they are very brittle. I used four to pick up a single magnet I placed on the table, and it jumped up and broke in half.

Very powerful. One had a small chip in it so I'll take off 1/10 star.
