Amazing!
I have tried many, many supplements for my liver but this is the best! I feel better and when I feel better I get more accomplished in my day! I love the Primal supplements!! Works well with the Primal KSM66 Ashwagandha. These two make my day go so much better with lots of energy and less stress. My digestion is so much better as well!

Wish it did not have magnesium stearate.
This is Oxbile which I find a better than TUDCA. It works well for me. I wish it did not have magnesium stearate. Thus the removal of a star.

Good source of Ox Bile
They have all the right certifications and in the name it is from Ox's but what country did those source from? Were they organically fed, Grass fed grass finished? That said, I like this brand and trust them to provide a quality product. Bile is produced and recycled in the liver and travels down thru bile ducts into the gallbladder, for storage, and then is injected into the duodenum to neutralize the very acidic stomach contents. This means that bile is very basic. If you take it with food or shortly before eating then it will deacidify the stomach acid. I take it between meals and thus build up my stores of bile and hopefully clean out my bile ducts and help dissolve gallstones if any.
