I buy this for my husband who is a delivery driver, so he needs to be alert all day - this seems to do that for him & it has been very helpful during the heatwaves especially. He loves the taste too.

My favourite electrolyte drink
I like this stuff more than any of the other powder options. The flavours are a bit more 'real' and it mixes in very easily. It also doesnt have the problem of fizzing up your bottle like some others - so you dont have that spray out on your jersey when you open first open the bottle. My favourite flavour is lemon and lime but the blackcurrant is good too. I haven't tried the tropical yet.
