Batter mix is like a tempura and has good flavor for onion rings or the onion blossom

Very bad product. I followed the instructions exactly as stated and the batter would not stick and it would clump up. i went through and entire bag of Onions, going over and over trying to get it to work. The taste was also very bad with whatever I was able to taste. I cook alot and this is the worst product I ever bought.
