I really can’t understand how much this supplement has benefitted me. I now fall asleep easier, I sleep deeper, and during the day I have more energy, feel more awake, energetic and fresher. Theres not many supplements that have such a massive impact so quickly after taking it.

My son is 16 struggles with sleep likes supplements and into protien so this ticked the boxes as in same kinda packaging and popular gym company,bit on the pricey side but works well so worth it all round.

Did absolutely nothing for me after 2 weeks. Tastes like licking AA batteries that have been sat in petrol , save your money and buy Naughty Boy Sleep which works 10x better and actually tastes like it's not eroding your insides

Great flavour, easy on the gut unlike some magnesium supplements. Used it after a treadmill session when I often get restless legs. Slept really well and had less aches and pains the next day ☺️

Been taking this supplement just before bed for nearly a week and I feel so rested already! waking up would usually be a chore but since taking Big Z I’m waking up fresh.

Flavour is very bitter almost acidic, tastes nothing like cherry I’ve been adding a splash of ginger to make it drinkable, on the positive side I think after a week it is helping a bit with the length of sleep I get
