First couple of days, these had my lady and I in the restroom with colorized results. But after that, smooth sailing. Did they save my life? Maybe. Did they put me in an early grave? Nope. Mission accomplished! Need to order some more.

Got this for my mom who is a vegetarian. She's relatively healthy but does feel a boost in her energy when she takes these. The size is a bit large- I would say that is the only down side here.
