Cools my work laptop!!
Ever since i started using a laptop in lieu of an actual tower for a workstation, ive noticed how it overheats and affects the performance. It's a dell latitude series that projects to my ultra wide monitor. I bought a cheap laptop cooler which was ok but my laptop still was warm to the touch on the back vents. Now that i've switched to this beast, i only feel warmth on the underside when i check and lift the laptop off the fan. Otherwise when full seal is kept over the placement, the vents blow cool air. I have the cooling set to 500 rpm which is low compared to the max 2800. Cranking up to max rpm is very noisy, so 500 is fine for my work purposes. I've had it for a few days and it is pretty reliable. The underside of the pad has some adjustable legs, but i don't need to use it. Overall, great product for non-gaming performance for old and overheating tech.

works perfect!
Highly impressed, I was online gaming for an hour and this cooler kept my laptop at a pristine temperature! kept the speed at around 900. yes it has a little bit of noise, but I wear noise cancelling headphones and I can't even hear it. worth the investment!

Works with 2024 16" Lenovo legion 5 slim and 2024 15.6" HP victus
The hp victus does technically work great, but is on the very bottom end of what I would put on here for size, the laptop only has maybe 1/4" of an overlap around the sides and back for that gasket, should work just fine in the long run but is the smallest I would comfortably use. I can't say if the smaller unit would line up correctly with the vents or not, but this does work. The2024 16" Lenovo legion slim 5 fits a bit better, vents are clear and we get good airflow. Fan while not exactly quiet, isn't offensive and mostly blends in with background noise and any other fans you may have in the room. I do appreciate having the dust filter. It won't catch anything super fine but will definitely keep out larger guff and animal hair. The hp did see a good few degrees drop in temps with pad set to 1100 rpm. The Lenovo has a better cooler out of box and only saw a couple degrees drop in my work loads, but I don't stress the system so that's not surprising. What this did fix was my system fans randomly ramping up and down as the crap OEM fan control software fails to keep temps consistent. With this cooler I was able to keep my laptop at a steady 70 degrees with a consistent and easy to forget about low hum of noise. It's cheap, and made of plastic but isn't offensive, same as any other laptop cooler pad, but this one actually works, for 80$ only way to make one perform better is to pay allot more money on noctua fans and better materials to make one yourself. Unless you have system fans laying around and the tools to do it, you can't beat this for $80. Will absolutely continue to use this with my laptop.

Drops temps by 10-15°C
TLDR: Worth every penny, drops temps by 10-15°C on reasonable RPM (800-1200). Customer service might be wonky though. Amazing laptop cooler, well worth the money. It dropped my idle temps from high 60's to low 50's, and high gaming temps from high 90's to 80's. Lenovo Legion 5i 5060. I had a bit of an issue with my first unit they sent me, fan speeds would randomly spike or drop; ex: 800RPM it would go up in increments of 100 until max or go down without any input from me and cooler is only plugged into wall. So I returned it and go a replacement. Why I gave it 4 out of 5 isn't the product itself, because maybe I just had bad luck and got a faulty product, but when it worked it worked well, and it worked 98% of the time flawlessly. I gave it a 4 because of customer support, or lack thereof. Everyone online kept saying Llano has great customer service, but I personally got ghosted when I asked them about my issue. Could have just been bad timing, but since Llano has a 1 year warranty and I couldn't get a hold of customer service, claiming that warranty if product has issues in the future might be a challenge. Again, might just be bad timing on my part or my emails got lost, but it's still something worth noting. Overall, great investment for your gaming laptop.

Sturdy, blows cold, loud. 🙌
So far so good! I don’t know about the $90 price tag 💀 but it came with a wall plug so I don’t need to worry about powering it off my already monster of a laptop. It is loud at its highest setting, which I have it at 2800. It actually made it hard to watch TV at the same time. But the air is really cool and at its highest setting you can really feel the fan blowing on the sides of the laptop and underneath it’s also really sturdy so my heavy 18 inch laptop feels really taken care of. It does stick out a little bit on the back end but it again it’s very sturdy.

Worth the extra cost.
Amazing. On Max it is rather loud, but not annoyingly so. at 1700, it took my laptop exhaust air from 118F down to 95F (the room im in is 80F always, and i started having a temperature alert when playing intensive games. This has resolved that problem.

Excellent, with some caveats.
This cooling pad does indeed work as advertised. I'm seeing similar temperature reductions as those advertised in the listing and am thrilled with the performance. The chamber design is brilliant and does seem to work better for me than past cooling pads that I've owned that are just simple flat designs. Build quality is fine overall. The plastic does feel a little cheap, but it seems to be well constructed and I'm confident it will hold up to general wear and tear. I will say that the pad isn't really a universal fit for all laptops. I'm using it with an Alienware m16 R1, and when placing it where it should be on the pad (i.e. the chassis aligned with the foam ring and the front clips raised in place) a good portion of the intake panel on the bottom of the machine is completely covered up by the foam. At best, this prevents the pad from doing its job and at worst can worsen your temps by reducing airflow. I'm not taking any stars off for this, as I realize that it's impossible for the manufacturer to make a truly "one size fits all" product, but it's something to keep in mind. I have my laptop sitting with the front of the chassis hanging an inch or so off the front of the cooling pad to prevent the intake issue, which makes the clips useless and also blocks the RPM display on the pad. This isn't a huge deal, and the laptop still sits perfectly secure. I don't have any issues with it slipping off the front, even with the cooling pad raised to its highest position. The foam ring does a good job at preventing any slipping. This could very well be a problem specific to this generation of Alienware machines given the design choice with the large rear I/O panel, I'm not sure, but again, it's something to keep in mind. If you do decide to buy this pad (and I do recommend it despite this issue) just study the bottom of your laptop to make sure that no intake vents are blocked.

Great product
Works great! Money well spent. It does cool my gpu when I play and that’s at half speed. It is loud though, and the button to turn on has not texture or haptic feel

A cooling pad thay does the job
Great laptop cooler reduces my laptop temps anout 2 to 6 Celsius degrees which helps my laptop maintain high FPS and tempa under 80c depending also on the room temp. Not an extreme change a nice boost and yes fan speed above 600 or 800 gets noisily if you game workout headphones . Currently using razer blade 15 mid 2021 model with RTX 3080 i9 and 32GB ram .

runs on its own power, filters dust, vaccuum seal, manual fan control, very powerful airflow
drops both cpu and gpu temps considerably (i9 14900hx cpu and rtx 4090 laptop gpu), CPU of course will try to draw more power as it cools so it will seem less effective on cpu when looking at the maximum temperature spikes, but the averages while idle and under load will drop heavily nonetheless. very impressive results on GPU, raytraced 1440p gaming & large resolution stable diffusion use never saw it above 70 in the ~10 hours i've so far used it, compared to mid-high 80's when simply raised at the back. have been running this at 600RPM, it goes up to 2800, so if you're okay with more noise you can get even better results. i live in a dusty environment, so the vaccuum seal & dust filtration are a huge plus, and the primary reason i chose this cooler, everything else has just been a pleasant surprise. if you have the rare laptop that vents heat out the bottom, then this is definitely not for you, otherwise absolutely yes, 160 AUD to help insure a 5000 AUD purchase is well worth it.

Top Cooling Pad
My daily Basis Laptop Cooling Pad after looking for so many recommendations online. I have a MSI Crosshair 16 inches and it's just good for it. Definitely reduce the temperatures about 10°C around 1500rpm. Maximum speed of 2400rpm and i just dont mind the sound of the cooling pad bc i used headphones all the time. Makes noise around 1200rpm going up but it's normal for the size of the fan.
