Is this cream oily or greasy?

I would not describe this cream as neither oily nor greasy. I like the consistency. To me it is nicely balanced between being too heavy or too light. I have mature skin and it is my nighttime choice for moisturizing, leaves my face feeling well hydrated without feeling like I am wearing a mask. It goes on smoothly and leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh in the morning.

Can I use this on top of retinol serum?

Yes, this product combines excellently with retinol products!

Is this just an eye cream or facial moisturizer? What is this product exactly?

This is a all around snail wrinkle repair moisturizer for your entire face and neck area. I do use this around my eyes and upper lid area and it works well for everything. It has improved my skin texture, made my skin softer, and all around more even and brighter. I recommend this product to anyone and everyone! I am a woman in my 50’s and my dermatologist even asked me what I have been doing to my skin. I had pre cancerous cells a few months ago and was given special treatment cream made up just for me, but the Dr. was really impressed by how great my skin felt and how smooth it seemed now than it had in the past. He said what ever you are doing continue cause your skin feels and looks healthy, I don’t need to see you for a year! All I can say is I change to the Seoul Ceuticals Marine Mineral Plumb& Glow Essence and Advanced Snail92 all in one cream and I feel good and my skin looks healthier., very happy 😃 customer!!!!
