I sit at a desk most of the time, and I'm getting older, so I had the super dry areas that looked like I had bruised my elbows. These resolved the issue and did so pretty quickly. Now they've lost some efficiency but I still use them after I put urea cream on my elbows. That doesn't work as well as these did alone for so long but it's something. I have them on my permanent shopping list now. I recently lost my job, but as soon as I can I will be ordering again.

I use these off and on for my disability. Right now it is off, too hot in Florida.

Order a bigger size. They run small

Material is super stretchy and soft and they just have a thin rubber lining just on one part inside to protect your outer elbow which works great!!I was getting a lot of pain and soreness at my work desk now that I'm not wearing hoodies and it's summertime, my elbows were getting bruised and really hurting from surface abrasion...but I've been wearing these the last couple days and they are working phenomenal to protect them. They are thin and light too, so they don't bother me at all to wear. Super cute pink color as well!Note- I'm not quite sure how big they stretch (they do seem very stretchy) but they don't come in sizes so I would keep that in mind if you have really big arms they might be more tight or uncomfortable?

More for a small child than a normal adult woman. Waste of money.

There is a silicone-type lining at the elbow portion. I really wish there was a thicker padding in the elbow for more cushion. I do like them and they fit well, as well as help with the soreness of my elbows as I'm always bumping them or leaning on them and they get sore.

My elbows were so dry and nothing worked. The skin was tough and ripping off, very painful and now after wearing these during the day, after about 3 weeks my elbows are soft and healed. Thank you!
