The king of PC VR
Minion Kevin lives in my room, and also in my heart. This is the most affordable router for 6Ghz dedicated wireless PCVR setups. The 5Ghz band also excels at local game streaming, like Steam Remote Play or Moonlight on the Steam Deck or whatever PC gaming handheld. DO NOT GET BOB FOR VR! I've never encountered an issue with the range, but he lives in the room I play VR in, so that's not an issue. I'd say the connection is decently stable, so long as you use Wifi Analyzer to make sure you're getting a clear channel. If it's on a highly populated channel, you'll get a lot of stuttering in VR. The setup process for using him in VR isn't the most intuitive thing. It's kind of a crackhead thing to do tbh. But it works. Honestly Kevin is a damn eyesore in any living space lol. Why on earth would they make a router look like a minion? Seriously he looks hideous sitting on my floor. Like a toy, left forever to suffer in the darkness under my desk. But unfortunately, his bright yellow assault on the eyes is necessary for cheap PCVR so I'm willing to put up with it.

Works great for Quest 3
I bought this mainly as a dedicated router for wireless PCVR on my Quest 3. I tried using other options before buying this, none of them provided a satisfactory experience or felt "just right". This thing does. It is connected to my PC via ethernet. I set it up to only broadcast on the 6ghz channel and only have my Quest 3 connected to it. I messed with a few of the setting based on some guides I found around the internet. I use Virtual Desktop and get ~35ms latency, depending on codec and game. It's crazy how good this router is. It's simple, relatively inexpensive (especially compared to the $300 router I tried before this one), and functions exceptionally well. I would recommend this if you are planning to use it in a similar way. Other than my PC and Quest 3 (and briefly my Android phone) and I haven't tried connecting many devices to it but it seems like it would function well as a traditional router. I have never used or heard of Davolink before, but they now have my attention. Bonus: it doesn't even look like a router, just a Minion themed decoration in the office.

I like Bob WiFi 6 and Kevin WiFi 6e
They are great!Oh wow. I bought Bob and Kevin. Kevin is WiFi 6e and Bob is 6 only. I have ha dead zones in my home that are finally gone!. And they are the cutest things. No one knows what they actually are. The set up was very easy. Kevin is mostly for my gaming area. My VR is wifi. I can use a cable but it gets in the way. Bob is for my work Bother are being used as WiFi Extenders. It's nice to have electronics that don't look like electronics. speed is good. Thanks!

Works as expected, with minor setup issues
Worked exactly as expected with high speed and decent range, works as advertised. The website was a little bit difficult to find and access because the information they provided on the sticker was incorrect and I was only able to access it with the information underneath the router, but once I figured that out everything was straightforward and streamlined.

No joke the will blow the doors of a lot of other routers
This is no joke! Didn't let the cute design fool you! This was the best purchase I made to improve the Internet! This router allowed you to set up 7+ different logins to lower traffic and increase speed you can combine the bands or run separate 2.4 5 and 6e bands. This is the best ever routers.

Come on, just look at it
Like a lot of the reviews, I mainly bought this to have a 6E router that my VR headset could use exclusively, for a whole list of niche reasons that frankly I don't understand nearly enough to explain. But beyond that, it's a solid router with easy to use software, and it has good enough signal strength that it's probably just as good as a normal router. I think if this were just some mediocre budget router that was riding on the fact that it looks like a minion, it would be really funny, but the fact that it's a genuinely solid router for its price point that just happens to look like a big minion figurine is honestly hysterical. I love this thing.

Economical gaming router
Perfect as an access point gaming router. A terrific deal when it goes on sale (periodically).

Great for VR
Very cute. Purchased to be a VR bridge using 6ghz only for PC based VR with quest 3 / virtual desktop for use in my condo (lots of wifi overlap). Works great for that while also being a cute display piece. From other reviews (LTT) it may not switch well between channels and could direct signals more upward but not an issue for my usage in a single room.

6ghz band rocks
I bought this one to offload our main router since this has 6ghz band plus we live in apartment so it is worth it. It loads faster using 6ghz band. Be aware that wall/s are the weakness of 6ghz band. i am just 3 to 5 meters outside with just one wall obstacle made of stone and the down speeds affected severely, for wood wall with the same distance works like magic.
