These magnesium capsules are excellent. My bloating has gone down, I've been sleeping better, and I feel more energetic.

It works, felt a difference with in a week. Better sleep, more relaxed, no constipation...etc Tried a different brand , gave it a month and did not feel any benefits at all. A little expensive
