It works, felt a difference with in a week. Better sleep, more relaxed, no constipation...etc Tried a different brand , gave it a month and did not feel any benefits at all. A little expensive

This product does what it says it does. Good product fast results. I got this to regulate my digestive system and I can really tell the difference from the other magnesium products I've used in the past. I won't be buying any other brand but this one.
