All Keys were not yet working
The media could not be loaded. All Keys were not working .only power button,sound controller,netflix button .rest buttons were not working .it's a worse remote or I received damaged remote

Poor packaging
Product works fine. The quick buttons (Netflix, Amazon Prime) do not work. Lighter than the original remote I got with TV. Remote was delivered not in a box but in flimsy plastic, which was wrapped in Amazon’s brown sheet (not box). I am sure delivery guy was not aware so just dropped it on the door, thankfully it still worked.

Better than the original
Bought to replace the original remote, this is actually an improvement as there are additional app buttons. Also the keys seem to be much less spongy than the original so feels a bit nicer to operate. Fortunately it connected immediately to the TV so literally no setup other than whacking in 2 AAA batteries.For less than £10, very happy with it.
