Makes water tastier.
I just got these somewhat recently. As soon as I had my first glass of it I immediately bought a second box. Became one of my top 5 flavors right off the bat. Below are the “ideas” prompts Amazon suggested: Taste: yeah they taste good Value for money: about $19, which I think is typical Quality: sure why not Mixability: yes Strength: uh, depends on how you mix it I guess. I use somewhere to the tune of 20oz of water personally. Sugar content: none according to the box.

Pricey but really good
Outstanding flavor no weird aftertaste, one of my favorites, the price is way to high when you can get other flavors much cheaper so this is my "treatment myself once in a while" indulgence.
