Tasteless in baked goods
I used this for baking goods to increase milk supply. Not sure if it worked but I don’t think much does for my purpose nor do I know what other people use it for. You do not taste it in baked goods even if you add a lot. I’ve made oatmeal cookies, regular oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies, brownies etc and don’t taste it neither does my family as they have eaten it on accident aswell even though they were afraid to eat it assuming it would alter taste so I’d say it is really tasteless and I’m not just being biased because I want I to work. Also for the price this is a great size tub of brewers yeast. The smell doesn’t bother me and I think it is a high quality product and the wide mouth jar is easier to use and not messy compared to bagged brewers yeast.

Addicting source of REAL B Vitamins, use as you would Parmesan cheese
To be honest, most people will either LOVE or HATE Brewer's Yeast. Though somewhat de-bittered, this yeast is still somewhat bitter. So if you are someone who still drinks sickingly sweet sodas - and enjoys them, if you live on salty and sweat foods, you may not like this Brewer's yeast. However if you've been eating clean and now a big piece of cake covered in icing is sickingly sweet to you, then you're more likely to LOVE this Brewer's Yeast. Maybe not right away but the taste does grow on you.I use a Parmesan cheese shaker bought at our local box store. You can also reuse a now empty Parmesan cheese container (such as Kraft) to dispense this Brewer's Yeast. You could even mix the real Parmesan cheese 50/50 with brewer's yeast so your family is nto quite fully aware of the healthful powder inside. If anyone asks why the powder is darker now just explain it must be a different batch ;-) I love this Brewer's yeast as a topper for pizza, spaghetti, tomato sauce or tomato soup, or on top of a dish of hot steamed rice.Per the label, a serving is 2 tablespoons or 16 grams for 28 servings in this container. I love the stuff but couldn't eat 2 tablespoons at once. Just focus on each each quantity you do ingest is 25% fiber, and almost half protein (7 grams of every 16 grams). There's minimal salt, fat, nor sugars for pure nutrition!

Great Niacin Supplement for Ducklings
I’ve been using this product for my ducklings this year, and it’s been great for keeping their niacin levels in check—especially since I use chick starter feed. I feed them fermented food, and I simply sprinkle about half a tablespoon in the morning and another half tablespoon in the evening. I’m currently giving it to 10 ducklings, and so far, we’ve had no issues with growth or angel wing. The texture is very fine, so it mixes easily with the fermented feed, and there’s no noticeable smell, which is a big plus. It’s been working perfectly!

Bad taste
Good price for the amount you get. It mixes pretty well but I can definitely taste it in my protein drinks. Other brands I have tried did not have a taste but they were more expensive. But it does help with my milk supply.

Good for breastfeeding moms
It tastes AWFUL. I would say they all do though. Good for boosting breastmilk supply. I would recommend cooking with it over trying to add it to a drink
