Uinkit 5mil Inkjet Transparency Film, 8.5x11, 50 Sheets, OHP Film

Perfect product for my project. I received excellent results using my Epson ET-4800 ECOtank printer. I set my printer's paper setting to Presentation Paper Matte and High quality. I prefer a rear loading printer because gravity helps the special paper and transparency sheets to feed through the printer where a tray type of paper feeder relies on the printer's rollers to feed the paper through the printer. Sometimes the rollers have trouble with different paper textures. Another factor is my printer uses DYE ink (Epson #522) which is a requirement of this transparency media. The ink dries very quickly as stated by the paper's manufacture. I let the transparency dry for about five minutes. The ink did not spear like other brands. I am quite pleased with this product and the price is very reasonable, for a fifty sheet pack. Other products I have purchased, in the past, cost around $15 for only six sheets or so.

This is an excellent-quality product with many creative uses. I use these transparency sheets in my drawing classes for tracing and transferring designs, and they also work very well for cyanotype printing and other art projects.

Worked like a charm for what I needed. It does exactly what the description says. Drying time was pretty instant, I haven’t had any smudging issues even when using expo markers on the sheet.

The film comes with no instructions or advice - just what you read in these reviews. I almost jammed my old Epson printer trying to figure out how to get it to both SEE the clear film AND transport it through its feed wheels - it can't grip the slick film at all. What worked best was to take a standard piece of paper and fold up the bottom 1" to make a 'film carrier', then put the film into the fold (on top of the paper but under the 1" fold) with the film's curved corner at lower right, under the fold. Put a small piece of scotch tape at the left and right of the top of the fold to secure the paper to the film. Place only that ONE sheet in the feed tray, by itself. The printer will SEE the paper AND the drive wheels will engage the leading edge of THE PAPER CARRIER from both sides. The ink is sprayed on the top side of the film. Of course, you can't print on the bottom 1" of film that is covered by the paper carrier, but it is good enough for most small projects. I let the ink dry for a long time and then ran my finger across it several times and with some pressure - it was completely dry and didn't smear. I used print settings of 'Presentation Quality Matte Paper' and 'Quality' speed as recommended by others here. My 'compass rose' project required only black ink. I did not try any variations of fold size or without the scotch tape. I've never tried to put inkjet ink on transparent film before. This technique is suitable for occasional small projects but would be a major nuisance otherwise. Your printer may be different, too. Good luck!

I do not usually leave product reviews but i will take my time to say that this is one of the best Transparancy papers that i have used on my normal everyday printer that really work for screen printing screen prep. Me gusta!

The only drawback with this product for me is the price. It's obviously quite a bit pricier than standard printer paper, but that's to be expected. For 20 sheets, you pay $12.99, which is roughly 65 cents a sheet. Not pricy enough to forego, but pricy enough to make one careful with how you use it. I did have an issue with figuring out which way to feed the paper into my printer (HP Tango), and would advise that you check which way your printer takes paper in before you waste a sheet or two. Otherwise, great product, and I'd buy it again.

Excelente compra

I love this product. I used these to make floating Christmas Ornaments and they came out beautifully. Works great with the Cricut Maker, no problems detecting your lines when needing to cut. They are transparent so the images shows on both sides. The ink doesn't take long to dry, approximately five minutes to make sure it is dry. I used a Canon Pro 900, inkjet printer and had no problems. You are able to roll them easily without any bend marks in the paper. You want to make sure you are printing on the rougher side but if you accidentally print on the wrong side you can wipe it right off with a piece of paper towel. They arrived quickly and packaged well. Works exactly as described and cheaper than other transparent sheets. I recommend and will be purchasing more myself, when I run out of these.

I have purchased this brand a couple of times now. Last time, i ordered 2 packs a ciuple of months ago. I just opened the 2nd pack yesterday and there seems to be something wrong with this package. Normally, the ink dries instantly as stated kn the package. But, this particular package... i tried printing 3 times (3 different sheets) i left the last sheet for 2 hrs and when i went to cut out my designs, the ink smeared everywhere and ruined my print. These sheets are costly and it is very frustrating for this to happen. Normally, it is a great product and i normally Love it....but there is something wrong with the 2nd pack i bought....
