This is a great back brace! It stabilizes my back which takes pressure off my lumbar. Wonderful, I'm so glad I purchased it, now I don't have to take over the counter pain medications and that is saving my kidneys. I can make it through the day now without severe back pain. It's a wonderful back brace, it's a life saver. This product is well made, sturdy, by no means cheap! It serves 2 purposes, relief from back and a waist trainer, I wear it under my clothes and you can't even tell. It gives more of a slimmer shape and smaller stomach. I was very surprised at how well it works, it a must have for me for now on. The price is wonderful for the pain relief and the coke bottle figure. It is just as good as the most expensive ones, a must have. I wear it everyday! If you are between a 2x and 3x, along with a nice size body I would go with a 3x. It looks kinda large when you get it, but it's perfect once you get it wrapped well around your achy breaky back and fupa. I would purchase again, but it's so sturdy and well made that I won't have too for quite a long time. I'm very happy with it. It works for me and if you put it on right, it will be for you as well.

I picked this back brace as it was purple, and found that I really liked it. It is lightweight, and I got the x large for comfort, and found that it is very comfortable. I found that the size that it is under fits very well and I did not really have to get the x large. The quality is very good as the material has taken some abuse from me, but it is standing up very well. It give great support for my back when I am doing housework. It is a good value for the money.

I have scoliosis and issues with my lumbar spine. This is an excellent back brace! I’m going to a wedding and needed a back brace that would not show with my silk georgette dress. And, it doesn’t show at all!

The brace fits very snugly so it does keep your back compressed. However, my pain is very low on my back and the brace wants to ride up a bit when I sit down. I'm going to keep it because I do think it's a good brace and it was inexpensive so I'll keep using it to see if it makes a difference, even though it's probably not perfect for my needs. If your pain is higher up on your back, it would be perfect. One thing I did notice is that I wore it outdoors, for about an hour, while I was doing some yard work and, when I came in, I was very sweaty inside the brace. For the ladies...in order to have the brace tight enough to do any good, be prepared for any extra flab you have in your mid section to be pushed up (mine ended up overflowing out of the back of my bra. I don't plan on wearing it when/where that would be an issue so it's not a big deal.

I'm satisfied, it gives my back support when I exercise and garden. It's adjustable, so when I feel I need extra support I can adjust it to my liking. The quality of the product is good, such as the Velcro, the material it's made from, and the elasticity. I'd buy it again.

I've needed back braces for some time. I was a little skeptical about this but I tried it anyway. This is the most comfortable, stay in place and supportive brace I've owned to date. I really like that the velcro holds really well. I like that I don't have to constantly adjust it to stay on the spine area. I really don't have any dislikes with this other than I dislike that I didn't get 2!! I will be ordering another to have on hand should I need it. Highly recommend!

The steel support at the ribs is ripping through the seam on the bottom. and I’ve only had the garment for 6 days. The support is very nice and comfortable but the quality is not high.

Works well for back support. I use it to provide extra back support when I lift and transition my elderly mother from one place to another. I especially like the secondary adjustable back straps that make this Wrap work. I put it on, adjust the secondary straps then readjust the Primary strap for a perfect fit. Plus it appears to be made very well.
