Second year in a row using this particular brand of D3/K2. Knowing we in the U.K. generally suffer from a deficiency of D3 because the sun NEVER shines!(this year a rare anomaly). We have had NO colds, or anything untoward, so I am a true convert. Tiny pills, easily swallowed. Price good. What's not to like? 10/10.

The tablets are tiny and easy to swallow, which is a big plus for daily use. I’ve been taking them regularly, and while it’s hard to tell exactly how “strong” vitamin D and K supplements are without blood tests, they seem decent quality. No side effects, no odd taste, and the year’s supply make it an excellent value for money. If you’re consistent, this should cover your daily needs well.

K2 is important and so too is D3. A small bottle can last more than a year.
