If you’ve never used CA Glue don’t know what you’re missing. You need to activator, which is usually in a spray bottle or sometimes aerosol cans. But you cannot beat. It’s the best superglue you’ll ever use.

I ordered these glues (Thin Flex and Medium Flex + Adhesive accelerator) because I have a defect in my finger nail cuticle that causes a split down the center of my finger nail. For a decade I've been using normal superglue to bridge the gap in the fingernail because without it the split fingernail catches on everything - especially my pocket - Ouch! Problem with normal superglue is that it is brittle and fingernails are flexible. Almost every night I would have to remove the cracked superglue and reapply a new coat. On a whim I searched for flexible super glue and came accross Mercury. I never knew 'flexible superglue' was a thing. I ordered the M300FM, M20FT and MH16 and was skeptical. I know this stuff is really cool because my mailman opened the package and took the bottles leaving me with just the envelope and receipt! Mercury was awesome and reshipped it immediately. I got it last week. OH MAN! I wish I found Mercury earlier. The first coat I put on my fingernail has not cracked this entire week! I can bend my nail and it doesn't crack. Very pleased with how this flexes. They have a new lifetime customer!

I like that it isn't as brittle as some other CA glues. Very useful when combined with their heptane accelerant

This is my favorite ca wood finish. It feels softer than normal ca finish so it's easy to sand out and polish. So far It's my favorite.

The regular Mercury Adhesives CA glues are the best CA glues I've ever used. They work much better at bonding surfaces together than the CA glues found at box stores (Gorilla, Loctite, Krazy Glue Super, Glue, etc.). However, since the main weakness of a CA bond is brittleness, I was hoping these "Flex" series would make more flexible (less brittle) bonds, and it does. However, the main downside is the bond itself is substantially weaker than regular CA glue formulation.I cannot recommend this Flex formulation wherever you need a strong and permanent bond, but it seems to work well for other craft uses.
