This thing is great. I definitely have been neglecting my feet. After it's initial use and abuse trying to bring my feet back to a baseline level of care, it's absolutely adequate for weekly maintenance. I am impressed that it survived the initial callus shaving, that hasn't been done since May 19th ... It's July 11th. That is incredible because I killed a rechargable, handheld, small "name brand drill" with a mini sandpaper drum attached... And this Dr. Scholls is battery operated. It came with the batteries to use it, but I might invest in rechargeables. It's extremely good quality, it's versatile working on several different areas of my feet. It doesn't hurt and even though it warns you not to use it on the same area for more than a few seconds, I did because the skin was SO thick... and it was gentle. I would NOT suggest doing this if you're diabetic or have thin skin anywhere near a callus!!! It looks great is easy to hold and use in different positions. The device itself is super useful, and painless to hold. No intense vibration, and it didn't make my hands go numb! (my carpal tunnel does that when I hold things, or hold things that vibrate, or hold things that don't have texture) Overall for the price I'd say this is an excellent value. Just buying this saves you $45 on a pedicure, and I know from experience. I can't explain the comfort I have wearing my shoes when my feet are maintained. In the photos you can see where my calluses were on the outside edge of my big toe, running underneath the first bone. It's kinda shiny now and smooth, but they will return, otherwise I wouldn't need to buy my own remover, and I am ready now! I would give this 10/10 stars if I could.

Wow, where has this been all my life. I’ve tried lots of dry skin remover, creams, and soaks. None worked like this thing. It does the job that all the others professed to do, but failed to deliver. Buy it, run….buy it. You’ll never look back or try anything else! It doesn’t hurt, just works and gently takes off the dried skin. Love, love, love it!

This works great! I was skeptical but the price was right so I gave it a try. 5 minutes and my heels are so much better and really soft again. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

This is all I use now. This is one of those tools that it’s all you really need. And it’s so easy! It does the work for you so you’re not wearing your arm out & having to get a bunch of weird angles. This tool is so easy, I use it for my calluses on the side of my foot & the bottom & top of my big toe & it works great to smooth down, & just apply some cream after. It’s not painful or uncomfortable. Super easy to clean, you just pop the file out & rinse it under water, & wipe the tool off with a paper towel & it’s good as new. You can also buy replacement heads if it ever gets dull but I haven’t had to do that yet. You could use this on your heels as well if needed so very versatile. Trust me, the skin rolls right off & looks like a snow storm. It’s great because you don’t have to have a bunch of different tools around. Less than $15 & will last you a super long time as long as you take care of it, takes batteries in the bottom. Would totally recommend this thing, I saw a bunch of people on YouTube videos talking about it & I’m glad I purchased.

This is fast and effective at removing dead dry skin. This quickly and easily restored my dry heels to flip flop acceptable. This runs fast and easily removes calluses. It works so good and is so satisfying to watch and use.

I developed some callouses on my feet that started to become a little painful when walking and had been using a manual file that worked well but took a lot of time/effort. I lost my file and went to buy another one but realized for a little more I could buy this and potentially make life a lot easier if it works, and it does! This does the same thing so much faster and easier, and it works so well I need to be careful to not go too far too fast to avoid bleeding (did that once). The only thing I’d change would be to make the rotating file horizontal instead of vertical that would work better for where my callouses are, but those models are over twice the price and didn’t want to pay that much so this is just fine considering the price. Recommended!

I had this d for 5 months now to safely write a decent review. Pros: it is definitely light weight and easy to handle. It sharpness is okay for minor removal. The replacement part is simple as well. There is a button at the top you press and the piece pops right out. Cons: after using feet feel some what smooth. Once again if your foot has a minor callus these would be the perfect fit. However for some with a more severe case i would not recommend this one. The device is speed is not that powerful. To make it worse it's just 1 speed. That being said in my opinion it is not very versatile. Another thing Ive notice is It does seems to drain the batteries quickly

Don't expect much if you're comparing it with the traditional callus remover (black patch on a wooden stick) but it's smooth and doesn't hurt at all as it seems. If you're suffering from severe callus, i suggest using it multiple times to get the needed results. Device movement is gentle on the skin

It works pretty well. But they should have given an additional replacement head with this at this price point. Other brands offer multiple attachments whereas this one only comes with a single one.
