Hamsters happy ! Spends all day and night in her tunnels . Little less Sturdy than out last one . Metal doesn’t seem as tough /thick as last one . It was pain for me to assemble (could just be me ) took a good hour alone to connect all the tubing together ! Would buy again. Roomy even for a fat teddy bear hamster .

Most importantly, my grandson loves it for his hamster. It's spacious and easy to clean. The hamster has plenty of room to run around.

This hamster cage is a great price! The cage is large and comes with lots of accessories. Lots of room for a hamster to play in. Cleaning the cage isn’t too bad but it will take some time to clean the tubes. One major downside ( reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars) is that putting the hamster cage together is a real pain! The cage comes in tons of pieces and you have to painstakingly put it all together! Putting all those tubes together, is time consuming. I think the company should make it a bit easier for the consumer to assemble the product! Otherwise this cage is great and my hamster loves it!

Mine did not come with instructions.. so I had to go off of the pictures.... Remember that the larger side with the door goes on top.. the shorter piece with the door goes on the bottom..... Put all pieces in before you put the top on.... There is a little trial and error but match it up with the pictures to ensure you are doing it right.... all the pieces are innerchangeable color wise... so you can make it more fun and colorful by putting different colors together regarding the pieces.... all curved straight etc... they are all the same size.... Take your time I rushed and had to rebuild it a couple times.... My daughter is in love... very sturdy once all put together... It is a big cage.... a lot bigger than the picture shows.... but really a nice setup

I paid 30 something dollars in 2019 for a cage about 1/3 the size, so the pricing was great. Lots of reviews about assembly difficulty but my boyfriend had a great time putting it together, just a little tedious, and the quality isn’t bad at all. We already had some of the accessories but what it came with was sufficient anyway. That being said, it’s compatible with tunnel pieces you get from the store. This cage definitely increased Dusty Frank’s quality of life and I’m very happy that I found it. I suggest you look into the investment too, I’m not disappointed one bit.

Its cute, but unsafe, not secure, and everything is cheap. Tube's fall apart, the walk boards bend without little weight on them, and the edges are NOT SECURE. Had to ziptie everything because my hamster kept escaping. Plastic walls are easy to bend, so dictate the openings. Also the build instructions are useless

We are really happy with the hamster home. We were able to fit our hamsters larger wheel under the 2nd landing. It is an 8.5 inch wheel and its base sits on the floor of the tub. My husband was able to put it together in about 20 minutes. We did find that looking at the picture online along with the instructions helped a lot. Our hamster has plenty of room to roam and seems very content. We also put his favorite snack shack house under the lower floor. The included house doesn’t attach and is comically small for him. We have a long haired teddy who fits perfectly in the tubes. He also has a 20 gallon long tank, but he just didn’t seem thrilled with it. Overall we are very happy with the size, sturdiness and ease of use. We did use the extra two clips to secure the doors.

This is a super cute cage and my two rescue rejected feeder mice are having the times of their lives in it. So they do give it 5 stars. They are thrilled to not be in the belly of a snake and they really enjoy their habitat. I am disappointed somewhat that only after a few weeks the white platforms sag. i don’t have any extra weight on them. the clips don’t stay secure and i usually have to push them back onto the cage rail every other day. It isn’t very expensive so that’s a plus. I have tried moving the platforms closer together but that didn’t seem to help. Will keep using it but am looking for another one to get in the meantime.
