Battery not working!!!

I love the look of this watch and decided to splash out on it, really happy about how it looks! However I was very disappointed to find that the battery wasn't working when I recieved the watch, so now I need to go to locals hop to get the watch working (replace the battery). Also the tendence box it was delivered in has grase marks on it. Disappointing from amazon...
