Provides a strong, kneading neck and upper shoulder massage. As good as any excellent massage therapist. Alleviates all the stress knots. The heat feature is wonderful and feels very soothing. Features work well and as described.Note that the device is slightly heavy and cumbersome and is more difficult to use with a higher back chair - best used when sitting in a chair with a lower back that does not reach the massage arms of the device. Also, you can't use your arms/hands while using the neck massager as arms must go thru loops with forearm resting on the straps and exerting a downward pressure to keep the massager firmly pressed into your neck and upper shoulders.Notwithstanding this, it provides a great massage and I really like it. I will definitely use it regularly!

Absolutely love this massager. The big reason why I bought this was because it's hands free, but the quality of massage is much better than the old style massagers that just turn. This actually kneads my shoulders and neck. Unsure about the battery life, but honestly, I'm not too worried about because of how much nicer of a job this does. I would absolutely buy this over and over again.

This product gave me maximum relief when I needed it...I was in so much pain from.my neck to shoulder due to other conditions it's a life saver. I have to admit if you are going to use this in an open office space it will draw attention. Not load but it will be noticeable with low audible still very efficient. You will need a plug adapter as it does not come with that piece but I love it and felt immediate relief. #Love it

It was a present for my husband who always complains about sore shoulders, but he put it aside and forgot about it. Recently, the chiropractor told him his pain is muscular and that massages would help. That made him think of the present from years ago and he's now using it daily and can't stop raving about it and how much better he's feeling! I use it too on different parts of my back and like the way it feels. It's powerful but relaxing.

This massager has changed my life!I work at a desk all day in a high-stress job, and I hold a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders. By the afternoon, my upper back is in so much pain and numbness that I have to step away to stretch out and rub my shoulders. Even then, the rest of the day is still usually super uncomfortable.UNTIL NOW!!!It works so well that I can just put it on when things start to cramp up, keep working, and I feel great by the time it's finished.Things I love:- The hands-free strap truly makes it hands-free. If I could give this 100 stars I would. I have severe migraines and occipital neuralgia with headaches, neck and shoulder tightness everyday. I just ordered another for my office. It has helped my pain SO much and the heat feature is so nice. It’s creepy how real this feels. As someone who gets massages regularly this this is amazing. SO worth the money and is a great value.

If you're only using it for your kneck, it fits perfectly and works very well. If you plan to use it for anything else, you'll need a chair and expectations to be a bit disappointed given less than ideal build quality.First, the unit is a bit heavy, which makes it hard to handle when it's behind you. If it gets turned over, you basically have to change positions and start over, ruining it's effect. The material it's made of seems great. It feels high quality. The first time I used it, it started causing my elbow to get sore after use. I believe this is because a normal person cannot use this on their upper/mid or lower back easily and you basically have to use it in combination with a chair or the top and bottom prongs do not connect with your back properly. It constantly tips over or turns upside down, becoming ineffective. Part of me is still considering returning this, but if you use it with a chair, it seems to work best. The heat isn't noticable at all and every time I've used it so far, it's caused me to be sorer than when I started. It does last several sessions between charges and if you're only using it on your kneck, it excels there. The other complaint is that the strap is entirely worthless unless you're over 220 pounds. I had a larger friend try it and he was able to use the strap, but even with my arms between the strap and it cranked to the tightest setting, it's unusable. I feel like this could be a great product, but they have some major issues that need addressed. Not sure if it's worth the money or not, but I sure wouldn't recommend it to others unless they plan to use it in a chair, which can cause you to put too much weight into it and make it cause more damage than solving something. I'm torn, but I'm ultimately unhappy with this unit so far. I keep trying it hoping I will find "the right way to do it" but I think it's poorly designed, especially given that the 4 prongs won't connect to your back as advertised when using it the recommended way. I do think if you're larger than 220 pounds that the unit might work slightly better, but it's certainly not made for someone who is 140 pounds or smaller.

Let me make this simple. If you like it, at all, when someone reaches onto the back of your neck, and the top of your shoulders, and starts to give you a massage…then, with no doubt in my mind, I will tell you that you will like this Snailax Neck/Shoulder Massager! It has adjustable settings, including heat, that allow you to vary the level, and character, of massage you can get. It’s rechargeable via a included USB wire so that you can walk around with this thing massaging you with no worries of having to be stationary near an electrical outlet. You can simply hold it in place, and therefore pull on it to get an even deeper, more intense massage, moving it around to get directly on a “trouble” spot, or just connect the included strap around your back to hold it in place, and let it do it’s magic. It really works the muscles of your neck, and upper shoulders, in such a way that you will know you’ve had a good massage. For the price, especially if on sale, or a coupon is included, it’s a real deal. I’m very pleased with it, and if you decide to give it a try, I bet you will be too!

hardly two months and not used much but when tried it today the battery is dead and not working even after hours of charging, don’t know if they will replace it since there is no warranty mentioned.

This is great, works well, it can feel a bit sore to start with as you're not used to it but you quickly get used to it and can very very soothing. The buttons all work well with minimal pressure and it's rechargeable so no expensive batteries.

This product is worth it! I can see it saving me money from going to massage appointments! Go get one if you can!

This is an amazing and well made product which was bought as a gift for my father who was delighted with it as he suffers with neck pain.However I am forced to give only four stars. It wasnt until we received the product and read the accompanying booklet that we realised it may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker fitted and a doctor should be consulted before use. This we did and were told by his doctor not to use it. Such a pity and my father was very disappointed he could not use it. I do feel that this should have been stated in the blurb as I would not have gone to the trouble of buying it knowing Dad has a pacemaker. Check also if you such things as replacement joints as this was also mentioned as needing a doctors referral.

La jonction près du masseur peut se débrancher facilement quand on le déplace. La chaleur s'intensifie après 15 minutes. Je l'ai déjà recommandé a des clients et ils sont aussi satisfaits. Ça ne remplace pas un vrai massage, mais ca permet de patienter entre deux traitements! Merci d'offrir un produit efficace et abordable. (42,50$ can)
