ICECO Insulated Protective Cover for APL55 Portable Refrigerator Freezer (APL55 Cover)

The cover for the ICECO APL55 so far has been keeping the fridge insulated. It provides good exterior coverage, but I am keeping an eye on the material that covers the bottom. I'm watching to see how well it holds up with sliding in and out of my truck bed because I don't leave it in my truck bed. The material just doesn't seem to be thick or hefty enough. I think I would rather have seen hooks on the corners of the cover to hook onto the corners of the APL55 because it has thick rubber feet. In all, I do like the cover. I feel like my APL55 is well protected and insulated.

Just bought the apl 55in the black and it’s a masterpiece of design and very rugged looking ! I got it in the black and it’s really nice ! (I highly recommend that you get the stainless steel apl55 if you are concerned about finger print all over ,because the black will show everything as well as scuffs and scratches , but as for me condition is everything! That’s why I got the insulation cover and this is a perfect cover that will protect the exterior of your apl 55 as well as hold your battery and cables, not only that , it’s a perfect fit well designed, great quality material and make your apl55 look like it can take that out door adventure! Highly recommend that feeling of security of protection from the elements and the handling! Love it!!

This is awesome. It is high quality, and fits my APL55 perfectly. I wanted to protect the side of my fridge from scuffs, and keep it more insulated for the high temps living in the desert. This does that perfectly.

Great cover and looks good but unnecessary to purchase with the aluminum fridge.

First time zipping up the sides and the zipper broke. Not looking good for the quality and cost.

The pockets are great to hold the cords when not in use. We set things on top of the fridge in the car and it keeps the top from getting scratched. I am sure it helps with insulation but I am not able to quantify that.

Starting to come apart after living in the bed of my truck under a camper shell.

Definitely protects the fridge and gives a bit of extra insulation. Not quite as nice as the Engle cover I have on the Engle fridge with the zip close feature. I don’t need all the pockets and would have preferred 1 large one to accommodate the battery instead of 4 identical pockets. There is a fair bit of looseness so I added a 1/2” more insulation on the top.

Nice cover to keep the sun and light rain off. Storage pockets are nice cords and external battery. Two thumbs up 👍.
