While this is one of the cleanest products out there for lions mane, it sure it costly for amount your get. I would recommend to buy some fresh mushroom dehydrated it and ground it yourself. You'll get more for your money. However if you want to save time, this use route to go.

Ordered this as my husband and I often experience brain fog. I took the recommended dose close to every day to every other day and went through the bottle in a little less than 3 months. I added to my coffee and could tell no difference in the taste (it does smell bad if you sniff straight from the bottle but you can’t tell after it is in your drink). I didn’t experience really any side effects neither good or bad and not sure if I feel that it has done anything positive for my brain health. I would like to try more to see if I can actually tell a bit of a difference more long term. Overall, no complaints and I hope it’s working!

I truly love this stuff. I've been using it in my coffee for the last few weeks and it tastes great, mixes really well into my drink, and gives me a little boost of natural energy without the negative side effects. I have not used it long enough to see any differences in mental clarity but I'm really hoping for some improvement. I have noticed a reduction in brain fog throughout the day though, which is wonderful!
