Comfy and supportive, worth the price.
I just moved to a new place and wanted a comfy seat to play games from. After a lot of browsing different brands I decided on the Lumaland 4ft in Navy, and I’m incredibly glad I took the leap on this one! While pricey, it’s quality and comfort is far superior to any normal bean-filled bag I’ve sat in. The foam definitely gives a lot of support while still being comfy enough to sink in and relax. I was initially worried the 4ft would be too small (I’m 5’10”, 180lbs) but this thing is a BEAST, plenty large enough for any way to lay in it. There was a bit of a smell, like a musty new mattress, but that faded within 24 hours. I would definitely say worth every penny. I’ve seen some reviews saying their bags didn’t inflate all the way or there wasn’t enough foam. Tip on getting it out of the box and inflated quick: unzip it from the bag and go to /town/ on it. Seriously, abuse this sucker. Jump on it, squish it, ride it like a pony at the derby, really get your hands in there and give it the business. All the foam has to un-clump first in order to fully inflate. After about 15 min of some serious exercise it went from the crumpled cube to an already fairly-sized monster. Final pic in the navy cover is the next day, dog used for size progression reference. (Probably a bad idea, because now I can’t get him off it.) My only cons so far are with the cover. If you have an animal that sheds, maybe get a cover color that matches their hair. The micro suede picks up hair and dirt off the floor like a magnet and it’s already driving me nuts! It’s soft and has help up well so far after a wash and some light usage, but I might order a different color cover later to hide dirt/hair better. It’ll save me lint rollers. TL;DR Comfy and supportive, cover shows dirt/hair but not a deal breaker. Worth the price, buy it.

Great company, great bean bag!
We were recommended this bean bag from family since they have had 2 for years and love them! We wanted the 7ft basically as a bed for an office room. I use it to lay down and relax while watching some shows on the PC or just to chill with the dogs, since of course they also love it! A great recommendation I received, for those with animals, is to use a fitted sheet over the cover since it's super easy to remove and wash. I followed the advice of a few reviews to set up the bean bag initially. The basics are, make sure you really move it around a lot, punch into it in different places, give it time to rest and start the process again because it is memory foam which has a necessary setup process. I also wanted to mention the company itself is really great, they take care of their customers very well and that is always appreciated!

It is HUGE, heavy, not soft, but very well made
Do not buy this if you are searching for a kids bean bag that is light. This is HEAVY. Comes compressed and after it blows up it will fill up a small room. For an adult or teenager this would make adequate seating if you were to replace an entire lazy chair just with it. However, I find the very large and irregular foam pieces to feel quite uncomfortable through the cover and it is so heavy that it would have to be drug by two people from spot to spot....if you actually have a huge house....which I do not. I am returning, but sadly will lose cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee per the seller, so I am out money for a product I cannot use. It's great quality for a furniture sized and VERY firm piece of furniture, but it is NOT a soft, comfy beanbag chair. And it is huge. I repeat...HUGE. I have been told to remove stuffing to stuff it into a box to return. I'll have to hire someone with a truck just to get it to ups. Not happy with the purchase or return process at all. Update: The customer service for this product has turned out to be amazing! They have refunded my purchase and have offered to allow me to return the product with less fill so I may be able to transport it to the mail center. I would like to stress that this chair is very well made and if you are looking for a chair that is large in size and supportive enough to replace an actual chair in a game room or living room this is a good choice. I feel as if I have been treated fairly by this company and will be recommending thier products to others in the future! To save this company from a loss, please understand that these are substantial pieces of very well made furniture....not an airy and light bean bag like the pellet types. I can see this chair lasting for over 20 years even with heavy use. Very impressed with this company for thier quick action and understanding.

The size is no joke!
My dog is always taking over my chair, and the others have already taken over the couch, so I was thinking of getting a loveseat to have another seating option in the living room but I don't really have that kind of space. After browsing for a bit I found this. After an impulse purchase I ended up with the 6' lounger in microsuede black. I've had it for less than 24 hours, and the pictures are the progress so far. There is still quite a bit of "growing" to do, but obviously my dog doesn't seem to mind. It easily can fit many individuals, as I can attest; I laid down to try it out and ended up with Helen (the dog) by my side. It will take a bit of manual labor to get the rest of the clumps to break apart, but my recommendation is to let it happen naturally for the first few hours so you're not trying to peel apart a brick. Oh, and it is HEAVY!! Keep in mind that the fabric is microsuede which equals pet hair magnet. I purchased the black by accident, and am regretting every second. When I am able to, I will be getting a lighter color replacement, but for now a sheet should do fine. I'll just have to wait until the expansion project is complete. I do recommend this product, but man is it big!

Size matters
I have BOTH a 7 foot bag and a 4 foot bag. I got the 7 foot bag first. I got it because I have cancer which causes severe abdominal pain, making it nearly impossible to get comfortable. Opening and "fluffing" one of these requires some physical exertion, even the smaller one, so be prepared for that. The good news is that I now spend around 6 hours per day on the 7 foot bag. It is the most comfortable time of my day. The bad news is that the 7 foot bag is heavy. It is very difficult to flip or fluff up or move even a few feet. So... I ordered a 4 foot bag for another room. The 4 foot bag is basically just as comfortable as the 7 footer, but for me (6 ft. 200 lbs) I need something to use as a foot stool if I want to lay back and stretch out. The good thing is that I can move it around and flip it as needed. They both have built in handles to make manipulating them a bit easier. Anyway, I highly recommend this bag if you need to get comfortable, but pick a size that you can manage.

Prepping it before first use is Key!
Absolutely love our 6ft Bag from Lumaland, it arrived quickly, I immediately got to work fluffing it, the key to making sure these expand fully is to spend a lot of time breaking up the foam, at first it'll be extremely compressed and hard to break up, I let it sit a few hours after getting it unpacked, I also left the cover off until I was done fluffing, it took me a good couple of hours to break it up completely, it was easiest for me to start by breaking up the corners first, I literally just clawed it with my hands through the inner bag. Once it's was all broken up I tossed it around a bit and left it for a few more hours, at which point I spent another good hour breaking up every single clump of foam I could find, just do one section at a time then flip, continue til you have no more foam chunks! After reading reviews it seemed key to let it sit a full 2 days after fluffing, it was extremely hard to do but we succeeded in leaving it alone for 2 days and feel it was worth it, after 2 days it was fully expanded, talking a 6ft by 4 ft capsule! My only complaint was that it was compressing a bit more than I thought it should however we are all fully sized adults using it, I contacted the company letting them know I think it was a little short on foam and they immediately sent out extra waaay more than I was expecting too! My experience with Lumaland was 5 star, sure it took me a bit of time and work to fluff it but I've owned a legitimate LoveSac which is almost 4 times the price, and with the extra foam this is absolutely comparable to a 1000 dollar LoveSac, the only difference is I spent almost 1/4 the price, and put in a few extra hours prepping it, but after a year of quarantine being able to take out some aggression on this foam was great! 😂😂

Super comfy and huge memory foam bag! Smells though...
It's humongous at 7 feet and the perfect size for gaming in front of the TV! People are right about this, it takes two to move around the house (would be easier with hardwood floors, carpet makes it tougher). I have a little nook that is the perfect size for this that's under a stairwell that we slide it to when we are done. But because it's so hard to move around, it tends to stay out in the middle of the living room for awhile, lol! Only drawback is the smell. There is this odd rubbery smell with a hint of rotten egg. I don't get it what it is. I've tried washing the covering, spraying it with febreeze. It's the foam pieces I think. It's been that way since we got it 7 months ago right out of the package and it hasn't gone away. I tried emailing the company to ask what we could do about it, cuz I don't want guests to sit on it and smell it honestly, it's a little embarrassing. No reply from them. So that's kinda gross. But it's a very light scent so we still use the heck out of it. After 20 minutes or so you go nose blind from it. If it wasn't so comfortable I'd be a little more mad about that smell issue. That said, my husband barely notices, but I have a super sniffer and it really bugs me at times. You only smell it when you sit on it, the foam seems to aerate it out when compressed. Doesn't smell the room up or anything. I still love this bag though it's been great! I'd give it more stars if the company would have at least replied to me with some suggestions, but perhaps that's the way it is with these. I have a my pillow too which is similar with the foam pieces and it doesn't stink, so who knows!!

I shall call it my pillow bed!
This thing (7ft) is HUGE, 75 lbs and the almost square sad looking box barely squeeze thru doorways with no handles on the box. I used straps to carry it up some stairs and to it's current home. Even getting it out of the box is not for people on the weaker side of things to do solo, best to dump it out if you have room. The zippers holding it in the square shape had some issues catching the plastic around it, had to rip the plastic free of each zipper, but I'd prefer that over the bed getting caught in them. Breaking up the foam was actually rather easy, if a bit tedious. It just sort of falls apart. Still seeing how full it airs up. Currently it's from headboard to foot of a regular twin bed, couple feet or so high and overflowing the sides like a massive blobfish. Getting the cover on i can tell is going to be a pain. Edit: it too a couple days but it got full and it's massive. So far smell isn't too bad, actually quite a bit less than the foam mattress toppers I've bought in the past. Edit: A week later and it's still off-gassing. :/ Oh and laying on this is awesome, so fluffy, I'm 300lbs and it supports me well! No bottoming out or foam turning too dense. If it'd stop off-gassing it'd be perfect! Edit2: No more off-gassing! It just took a few weeks. I had it in a room I could close up and open a window. Totally worth it! I've made it into my bed, just sort of drape sheets on top as a base layer to make it easier to keep clean, which works out well. It's a bit of a pain to get in/out of since I put it on a bed frame and it's made for the floor, but it's not often someone my size feels like they're sleeping on fluff. I sort of climb in and then have to climb back out. It's not solid like a mattress and like I said it doesn't bottom out, so there's no firm spot to push off... basically just like any other bean bag except it's huge, wider than and as long as a couch. I wouldn't recommend it as a bed to anyone who can't move their body easily. If I get sick, I'll probably just pull it off the bed onto the floor since one could roll out of it easily enough if it were there. It doesn't have that... feeling that solid memory foam has where it fits to you but then seemed to keep that shape. Since the foam is in pieces it breaks up instead of creating a form, which is a plus to me. I do need to fluff it back up nearly daily, but anyone who's ever had a pillow with filling that can compact knows that's normal and I'm on the heavy side which makes it compact quicker. To fluff it back up, turn it over to do it right or if you're feeling lazy just pull up on the sides and push it in, putting the side fluff on top. It's still warm, but not hot like memory foam can get, probably due to it breathing better.

I’ve never seen a higher quality beanbag!
Phenomenal quality of beanbag. Straight up one of the highest quality beanbags I’ve ever seen. The fill quality is amazing. They are hefty so expect that. Also the 5’ measurement is when it’s fluffed up and round, once you get on it, it flattens out more allowing even more room. You will never EVER hit bottom in this beanbag. Our kids use them for stunt mats and they are perfect, I’m sturdy 6’4” and I can jump on it and it’s nothing but clouds. Really remarkable. Also a note about the seller. They went above and beyond to help get these to us in time for our kids birthdays (we have 2 of these beanbags). Wonderful to deal with and good to their word. The fill used in these bags...honestly I can’t say enough about it. It’s going to last a lifetime. When it comes to beanbags fill is everything.

Big Comfy Couch
This couch is comfortable and can fit 2 adults lying on their back, or when rotated 90° can fit 3 people sitting. This couch is mostly for guests. I personally haven’t found it the most comfortable to sleep on extensively but is perfect for a small nap. It also helps me friends relax and I’m proud they feel this comfortable at my place 😂

Nice recovery after first failed attempt
10 days passed since opening the box this came in. Followed all instructions by the manufacturer to ensure the filling airs and expands to its full size, as promised by the manufacturer. Very disappointed the bean bag is nowhere near its intended fullnes, softness and comfort. I sink in and feel the floor when sitting in it. This is unacceptable for the price I paid for this item which is supposedly rated very high. Zero value delivered. Contacted Amazon Customer Service to extend my disappointment to the manufacturer. I expect the manufacturer to rectify this problem or take the item back for a full refund. Will update my post once I receive an answer. Update: The manufacturer was quick to return following my complaint, and very collaborative in resolving the issue, offering another full-size filling to be shipped immediately or a full refund. Very pleased we opted for the new filling. Delivery was quick. The package had a note inside “please pull from new stock 7ft”. The new filling expanded fully within 12 hours. Purple one on the right is our original purchase, taken out of the box more than 2 weeks ago. Beige filling on the left is the new replacement filling after the first 12 hours of unpackaging. The difference in fullness is clearly visible. Don’t know if old stock versus new stock makes a difference in terms of fluffiness, but ours seemed to be a lemon. With the replacement filling, our Lumaland 7ft now looks and feels right. Our kids love lounging on it. We’re considering getting a smaller extra cover to see if we can repurpose the original filling. Nice save. Product quality is great if it arrives and expands as designed. Customer Service very attentive to customer needs. Highly recommend.
