Both ice packs i purchased are very, convenient and comfortable to use. They not only 'hold' the temperature, but their size is easy to handle.

I would have gave it 5 stars only the jell inside was not distributed. There were large lumps of jelly. NO, you just can't spread it around. It hard to get that stuff to move. I managed to accomplish this. The cold pack stayed cold pretty a long time. I was impressed.

Would be better with a bit more of the goo stuff that's inside it but as it is it works well. I injured my neck and shoulder and was told by the doctor to ice it. This worked excellent for that. You do need to occasionally redistribute the liquid inside because it moves sometimes leaving spaces where the liquid is very sparse.

I love that this has two different sides - the plush side to use towards your skin when it's fresh out of the freezer and the "regular" side to use after the plush side doesn't feel cold anymore. It's nice not having to find a slip cover to put it in when it's frozen. One use keeps cooling for a long time. It also hits all the right areas in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend!

The picture is somewhat misleading. I purchased for my neck pain but it does not conform to one’s body once it has become frozen. I’d like it to curve around my shoulders more & it does not. Very stiff.

This ice pack is lined on one side so there is a protective layer between you and the cold. Flexible design to bend for easy use.

Used this on my neck and at another time on my knee. Worked great both times. Has a soft side so there is no need for a towel between the ice pack and your skin.
