KitchenCraft Living Nostalgia Vintage-Style Long-Handled Dustpan and Brush Set, Metal Sweeping Brush/Broom with Metal Pan, 25.5 x 23 x 99 cm

I spent a long time looking for an attractive and robust dust pan set, and I'm delighted to say that this fits the bill perfectly. I've lost count of all the cheap and ugly plastic sets I've thrown away, and I wanted one where the pan would never split. This "full size" Kitchen Craft version is made from surprisingly stiff enameled steel that will last a lifetime.I especially like the way it fits together, with the brush clipping snugly into the hollow pan handle - very clever. It's very well designed and definitely good enough to hang on display, unlike most others. It's a timeless sort of design that sits well in both a period property such as mine, or a design led modern interior.Another good feature is the unusual angled brush handle, which makes it far easier to use comfortably. Surprisingly, the pan is very comfortable to hold too (an initial but unwarranted concern on my part) Despite it being hollow the handle fits the hand well and the metal is thick enough not be at all sharp at the edges. One of my better purchases that I can highly recommended, and I wish more of our everyday objects were this well thought through!

I drive an 8-seater and it regularly gets food, mud, grass through it during school runs and other child-related activites.Dragging a hoover out to my car doesn't fill me with joy and it's often hard to reach areas under the seats and so I started keeping a dustpan and broom set in the car some years ago for regular sweep ups. Previously I've used the plastic garden variety and had been quite happy the result - until I switched to this set.I switched when the last plalstic set broke. I chose this set based on its eco value (more sustainable, likely to last longer than the plastic varity, metal lip for sweeping instead of a rubber one that tends to warp over time).The brush is undoubtably better (than all the plastic ones I've used over the years) at sweeping up dirt and debris. I don't understand why (perhaps because there are more bristles or they bristles are sturdier?) but it's much easier to use and quicker to get the job done.The dustpan is great to catch the swept debris and prevent anything falling down the seat tracks (which secure the rows of passenger seats to the car).Bonus, while this set is exceeding expectations on the practical side, it also looks fabulous!

Wouldn't exactly call it a 5 star pan, does the job and looks pretty good but is smaller than you would think looking at the pictures and the pan doesn't feel all that sturdy.

This is lightweight and effective. The brush fits neatly into the pan when storing.Infinitely preferable to a plastic pan. Would recommend.

A well made and sturdy product. Bristles are soft and easy to clean. Quite lighter in weight. Love the way it fits together for better storage. Very pleased. I recommend 👍

Love this little set, the brush is useful unlike a lot of the plastic sets available! It’s stylish, decorative & plastic free! Would buy it again!

Love the look and the feel almost as much as the fact that I’m not buying plastic.The only negative is that the pan is Not quite wide enough really, that said the brush is perfect .Really gets the last bit of dust as long as you are gentle, otherwise the dust goes over the top and back onto the floor.

Lovely dust pan and brush. I got the larder one as I wanted a problem dustpan and not a crumb tray. The bamboo handle fits nicely into the handle of the pan. The pan itself is not only rather lovely to look at (what has my life come to) but is so much more effective than the plastic thing it replaced.
