Insole are really good & soft
The insole is very soft and comfortable. I have used many ordinary insoles from our local market but they did not give relief to my heel pain then I decided to buy this insole & I must tell you this insole provides very soft cushions to your heels and feet whenever you walk or stand for a long time it gives you amazing comfort. Meantime Please note that this insole is very thick & when I fix it in my shoes my shoes become very tight & uncomfortable I wore it for 2,3 days but it was uncomfortable since my shoe size is 7. These insoles are good for sizes 8 or 9. Unfortunately, as for now, I removed these insoles from my shoes but I will fix them to my other shoe.

great if ur sole is gone and want to replace with some new this is a great choice .but 1 star deduced because its not as big to cut and adjust to our size if you have 10 or more size .My leg is size 9 and it is perfect if your leg is larger u might need to look any other
