Bacopa Monnieri for Brain Support, Vegan Brain Supplement

Older adults may have difficulty remembering things, since as we age, we have experienced so much in life. A good beverage to help battle the brain attacks consists of a cup of hot water, Sida Honey, and Bacopa in liquid form. This mix is easy to make. It is easy and pleasant to drink, too. It may take a few weeks, but one should find themselves remembering names, dates, and more things than they've anticipated. The cup should be delicious to drink, with no side effects, but likely to improve one's mood and increase brain function.

Buying again. I find it to help with anxiety, sleeplessness, mine is from TBI horrific accident. Normal sounds are much more intense. Been calming, helps me sleep & at the same time, more focused, better memory. The best thing non- alcohol!!! This way you know it's really pure product. I use to own Health Food Store late 70's. Working in the Health Food Industry all my life!! I know a lot about good products with out harmful fillers. Read labels carefully. Just because you been on a product with no fillers a long time means not much. Companies after they hook you, tend to cheapen their products with harmful fillers. Ofc not all there are some really devoted to health Companies out there! READ ALL LABELS. If your not sure of an ingredient look it up. Remember read the [inert] ingredients under main label, thats were they sneak fillers in. Best to you all!!

Just shake well and place one dropperful into a few ounces of water and drink it down. I drop it into my first bite of breakfast cereal. The flavor is mild - reminds me of molasses! I have not noticed any side effects of taking it. Excellent value in my opinion.

Seems like an effective assist to memory function, yet you still have to take personal responsibility to exercise your memory and engage in storytelling of your history and memory games...walk, cardio to move oxygen into tissues

I take your Bacopa mixture with 20mg of NADH and 1000 mg of Lion's Mane due to my ME diagnosis and the cognition issues that come with ME. It's helped me a lot.

The dosing instructions are confusing and contradictory. The label says to take "one full squeeze" three times a day, but then separately states that "1 squeeze = approximately 0.7 mL." The problem is that the included dropper fills to the 1.0 mL mark with one full squeeze, not 0.7 mL. It's unclear whether the intended serving is one full dropper, or 0.7 mL, or if its simply stating the concentrate of the supplement. The labeling should clearly state the serving size in mL or provide a dropper that matches the stated volume without multiple dose amounts labeled. (Leaving 3 stars simply because I have not tried to judge its effects yet)

Great Product. Easy to use quality dropper. The taste is smooth and the product works!!! Great value for the price! I Will continuously reorder this product!!!
