by Petco Dog Litter Box Large 19.5" L X 23.5" W

I have both the Large and Small size of this litter pan and both are fantastic. I bought them for fostering kittens, since they have trouble with high sided litterpans and it makes potty training much easier. My adult 8lb cat uses the smaller one right now since she is in a cast, and it works great, very sturdy and keeps litter in. I'd suggest the larger size for cats over 10-12lbs. Check your measurements! The large is LARGE! Good for big kitties or older picky cats :) Much cheaper than the alternative brand and even better value on sale.

I have two senior cats, one with bad arthritis in her legs and hips. She quit using the high sided cat box and I was constantly cleaning after her so I started looking for a short sided box which they apparently don't make for cats or at least I couldn't find one. Anyway, I found this box for dog potty training and decided to try it. This box has worked wonders with my senior lady!! Once she got used to the box being in her space, she started using the box without it causing her too much pain and now uses it exclusively so I don't have to run around cleaning up after her! The box may say it's for dogs but it works excellent for senior cats with joint/pain issues or larger male cats who don't want to jump into a high sided litter box!! This box is a sturdy plastic with a balanced thickness and would recommend for dogs or cats!

I have a cat with a spinal cord injury. This is easy to get into and out of and is very large. She seems to like it. It’s a nice thick plastic so it should hold up for a while. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I use this as the bottom pan in a cat litter hack for pine pellets. I use the hack created for the Breeze Box, only I use the "Favorite" box, which is larger. I remove the tray from the Favorite box and set it on a puppy pad line inside this box. It works great, and allows me to save $$$$ on cat litter by using pine pellets from the local feed store. To clean, I set the Favorite box on top of a new puppy pad while I remove the old liner from this box and give it a wipedown, then set the Favorite box with the new liner right inside this.

I bought this after reading the reviews on it but one stood out for me the most: "Great For Old Fat Cats" as it showed a picture of her darling sphinx cat in a blanket in front of the litter box which was also in a cardboard box to help contain the excess litter. Thank you, I liked your idea! I have an eleven yo cat who recently had her left hind leg amputated due to cancer & has problems getting around. She is disabled & can no longer jump up nor can she climb. I've noticed her old litter box has presented her with problems since it had an 8" lip for entering the litter box & even higher sides. This new litter box has solved the problem as she enters into just barely hopping over the front 3" lip. This lower lip & wider front also makes it easier to clean. I bought the larger box so she could have plenty of room to due her thing & not feel cramped. We put her litter box in a bigger cardboard box we bought from a hardware store to help contain excess litter tossed about. We also left a top on it so any dust or litter would not escape that way either, since she & her litter box now reside in my office so she can be closer to my husband & me & to make getting around our home easier for her. Yes, she is the boss of our home & spoiled but it's okay since she is so sweet & loving to us. Thanks for the new way of thinking about litter boxes So Phresh! You saved the day for our cat and us!

I bought this to use as a "kitchen" for my guinea pigs. We have a C&C cage, and it fits perfectly with enough room on the side to be a sort of hidey spot. My piggies love it! They are SO much happier since I bought this and made that adjustment to their cage. I fill the bottom with wood chips, and put their food dishes, water bottles, and hay in it. Perfect size for 2 piggies with plenty of extra room. They are able to get in and out without a ramp or any trouble. In fact, they kind of use it as a launching pad to jump out of to the rest of their cage!

Ordered this because the entry is at one end instead of the middle because my older cat often enters and pees without going in far enough so she will pee outside the box. However the one I got had the entry opening in the middle instead of at the end. I do like it though it is big and the finish makes it easy to scrape off. I would order another if I could get a guarantee that the entry would be at the end as it is in the picture.

We have a Cavalier King Charles Puppy who is still fairly tiny. She was trained to a pee pee pad when she came to us, but liked to spin around and tear it up and make a big mess. This exactly fits the medium size pads and keeps them contained in one area; she’s not as prone to wanting to tear them up, and if she does, the cleanup is a lot easier. It also contains spillage and opposes quite well if she misses. She sleeps in a pack-and-play baby playpen when we travel with her, and this pan perfectly fits in one side of it. She still has plenty of room for bed, food dishes, and toys (gets plenty of exercise outside the pen, of course). Really happy with this purchase and wish I had gotten it sooner.
