NUOVADERM Natural Brightening Oil with Papaya, Vitamin C & Vitamin E for All Skin Types - Anti-Aging Brightening Serum for Face & Body - Moisturizing Face Oil for Fine Lines, Skin Rejuvenation

So far, I’m really enjoying the NUOVADERM Natural Brightening Oil. I’ve been using it on my arms with the goal of improving the appearance of some brown spots. It’s still early, so I can’t yet say whether it will lighten them, but I can say it has been a fantastic moisturizer, especially for dry winter skin. The oil absorbs beautifully and leaves my skin feeling soft and nourished without a greasy residue. After applying it to my arms, I rub the extra into my hands, and I love how moisturized they feel. It also has a light, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering. I really appreciate that the formula contains just four natural ingredients, which gives me confidence that it’s safe and gentle to use. Even if you’re just looking for an effective, lightweight moisturizer, I would definitely recommend this product.

I love that the ingredients are simple and clear. I'm not one of those people that thinks "chemicals" are inherently bad, water is a chemical, but I do enjoy seeing an ingredient list that is short and clearly labeled. Papaya oil, Papaya enzyme (papain, which is a protease and gently exfoliant), Vitamin C, Vitamin E. Simple, love that. The oil has a lovely light scent, and leaves my hands and cuticle area feeling very soft. It absorbs into my skin quickly, so I'm not dealing with oily hands and not able to touch anything. I can't speak to the brightening effect, but I was looking for this specific ingredient mix and found it in this product. Overall I'm very happy!

This product has a light, pleasant smell that doesn’t overpower your olfactory. The fragrance is all natural as this oil only contains four, simple ingredients: papaya oil, papaya enzyme, vitamin C, and vitamin E. I’ve not really been able to use it on my face because it’s too greasy for my skin. I mean, it is an oil after all. I have hyperpigmentation in different areas on my body, so I have started using it on those. It glides on smoothly. I’ve only been using it for a few days, but I’ve noticed that my skin is softer and feels more hydrated. I cannot attest to whether it lightens and brightens as of yet because I’ve not been using it long enough. Other than that, I think it’s a nice product.

Might be effective but it did irritate the sensitive skin on my face. Would recommend for other areas with tougher skin.

So far so good. Noticing a small difference, so it's doing the job. Using it on just 1 elbow to see if its noticeable. It is. Discoloration is a process to reverse so if there isn't enough improvement in a couple more weeks, I will update the rating. Fortunately it's winter, so no one will notice that my elbows won't match for a while.
