I usually work with standard American metal panels, so this was my first time trying out one of these plastic European style watertight enclosures for a custom power project. Honestly, I’m really impressed with it and it’s a great change of pace. The box feels very solid even though it is plastic. That plastic build is actually a huge plus for DIY projects because it is completely non-conductive. You don’t have to worry about a loose wire accidentally grounding out against the frame and shocking you while you’re working on it. Another huge bonus for the price is that it comes with the ground and neutral bars already included. Usually you have to buy those separately for project boxes, so having them in the box saves you some extra cash. The only real issue I ran into is that the plastic knockouts do not pop out cleanly. If you aren't careful you can easily mess up the plastic around them. I had to take a deburring tool to clean up the rough edges after getting them out. It isn't a massive deal since your fittings hide the edges anyway, but it is something to watch out for during setup. Overall, it organizes standard DIN rail components perfectly and it's a great safe option for custom electronics or solar walls. I actually just ordered two more of them for my next builds. Definitely worth it.

Just barely fit all my parts I. My mini control box used the clear front swinging door for my digital pressure switch just cut out a little square and used a little beauty bracket looks and works killer. Almost needed a size larger but made it by the skin of my teeth

Works well. However a couple of negative aspects. Pros: good for price, looks nice, easy to use. Easy to mount, love the waterproof nature of it. Works with pretty much every din rail mountable device. Cons, door doesnt feel good to close, not sure if its the design or the gasket being too thick but you have to use a bit of force to get it to latch. The knockouts are a pain. Requires WAY too much force to get them to punch out, and even when the do, they dont come out clean and require alot of deburring to clear them out. The rail in mine had one side warped making the mini breakers not attach properly, required i bend things back into shape.

Sub-panel install for an Ev charger. Great quality.

Includes nice features such as ground bar and neutral bar but doesn’t handle large awg 6 wire. Additionally the left two cover screws are difficult to get to due to the transparent door. If you plan to use awg 10 or smaller, it would probably work well but needs to be a little larger and buss bars need to be larger if using larger than awg 10.

v with excellent internal space and good materials, but the knockouts and mounting holes need work. Knockouts are the weak point. They don’t release cleanly at all. I had to use a small mesh pattern of drilled holes around the knockout before removing it, then deburr with a utility knife to get a usable opening. Rear mounting holes are strange. They look like they should punch out, but they don’t knockout either. I ended up drilling straight through them to mount it. It also seems like 4 rubber‑bonded sealing washers should be included to keep the box sealed.
