When I forget to take it for a few days I really feel it! I have sciatica, rheumatoid arthritis a torn meniscus and herniated discs. And this product has really helped my pain. I have digestive problems as well but the liquid pills seem to actually absorb unlike a lot of the powders, leaves and tablets. I usually don't write long reviews but I felt like I needed to because it actually does what it claims to do. I have them on subscribe and save so that I don't run out. If you have pain and stiffness this product is Highly recommended.

I’ve only been taking this for about two weeks, so it’s still early, but I can already feel a difference. The results haven’t been dramatic, but I’ve noticed some improvement in how my joints feel overall. Great choice for turmeric supplement. Helps with joint inflammation.

This is easy to take. I read you should take it with some fat. So I take it with my meals. My knees have stopped popping and cracking and swelling. I can now do my walking without swelling and pain. I do tell my doctor I take it. It's listed as meds taken in my chart. It took a week to start seeing results but I have! Will keep buying it.
