Stuff is really effective
Works instantly & very well. Put some on my lower back & on my left knee that’s been hurting for a few days from work & immediately felt the pain going away. Has a slight warming/ cooling sensation as it sits & penetrates on the applied spot & feel great. It only takes about 5 mins & boom pain is gone. Will definitely buy this again.

Good/Bad
I like the formulation of the ingredients. It works very well for my shoulder pain. However the applicator is absolutely garbage. Why they didn’t just use the traditional roll on style application? This applicator just doesn’t work well at all. A squeeze tube with a ridiculous applicator lid? Just horrible execution. The tube becomes distorted and then the product will not come out in an even way. This product will not be repurchased. Would not recommend it to anyone. There are better products with proper applicators.

The cream seems to work, but the packaging is lacking important application and use information.
The cream seemed to work as expected, but when I removed the tube from the box, there were no instructions on how to dispense it. The lid has a unique feature that requires you to fit the nipple into the side of the cap and twist it to break the seal. I figured it out, but I expect there are many customers scratching their heads to get the cream to flow. The special massage pad is a bit over-design too.Once you get the cream on your sore area…..now what? Do you rub it in until it dries? The instructions say to wash your hands afterward. Well, I used the cream on my hand. Do I put it on and then wash it off? If so; how long do I wait?
