Been using Zena for a few years now. I put a tablespoon in my OJ every morning. I noticed within the 1st 6 months, my nails were slightly stronger, my hair growing slightly faster, my skin, a bit more glow. After the 1st year of using Zena, my hair is growing much faster and my nails are stronger. I use to cover my hair roots every 8 weeks. After using Zena, I'm getting my roots covered every 5 weeks, EVERY 5 WEEKS. I will continue to use Zena. Ohh, and it tastes good!

I use this collagen for years. I really like in liquid form. I don’t like to swallow pills. I feel a big difference when I use . I feel strong and less tired. The best collagen I use . The taste it’s very good

So I haven't finished my first bottle but I have noticed my nails growing faster and they would break easily since I always used acrylics also my hair has been looking healthier. No weight loss with it though. The taste is fine, I mix the cap with a small glass of water. I will say i usually have high bp even with meds and I don't know if its coincidence or not but my bp has been super stable, more like on the lower side since taking this. I would rather buy this than spoiled child brand. Way too expensive imo.

Best tasting liquid collagen I've found. I like the fact you get 60 servings per container, that makes it economical to use. I have used powders in the past; but haven't found a brand that truly dissolves in your drink. I just shake and pour, which is convenient.
