Is it good for cleaning sports gear? (like boxing gloves)

It is a disinfectant primarily for hard surfaces.  I would not use it on fabric or leather.

Question 2

Thinking of using is in a high pressure mist device with gear for warehouse.  Can it air dry? Residue?  life cycle after diluted?  Does it bleach?

It's meant to air dry for maximum effect. Solid surfaces must remain wet for 10 mins to effectively kill everything that it is capable of killing. It kills a WIDE range of viruses etc, but if youre looking to kill COVID-19 I'd refer to the CDC sight for that, I cant be sure. It's never left a residue as long as ive used it, and as far as life after diluted, that I'm also unsure of.

Late reply but this is directed towards use on hard, nonporous surfaces. As someone suffering with OCD, this is my lifeline and there have been plenty of times I've sprayed clothes with this then put to wash after a 10 minute contact time. There is an actual laundry sanitizer by Lysol but I'm not sure of the ingredients in that product. The disinfectants in this offer a broad spectrum disinfection whereas the Lysol sanitizer is not broad spectrum. Meaning this will kill a broad range of microorganisms. I can't say what Lysol will kill, you should be able to gain access to a detailed list of viruses and microorganisms that it will kill though. As for this product you can also find a list for what it kills. I cannot recommend using this in your washer because it's possible it might damage any component of it. I've never had issues with the washer but, I only spray certain areas of clothing. I don't pour the solution into the washer. Pouring the solution might definitely damage something as it is highly concentrated and must be diluted prior to use. The Lysol laundry sanitizer is poured into the fabric softener bay if your washer is equipped with one. Hope this helps.
