Designed for beards but rips your beard hairs out every morning
This sticks to your face and is the best mouth tape I have used - BUT designed for beards? Definitely not. The pain of taking it off every morning and ripping beard hairs out is unbearable. Stuck with it for a week and then checked myself on what on earth I was actually doing.

A total game changer
After reading Breath by James Nestor a couple of years ago I realised I needed mouth tape to help me to breathe through my nose and sleep better. I have used several different types of mouth tape and none of them come close to this fantastic product. I heard Chris Evans talking to Patrick McKeown about his product and I thought I would give it a go. Since buying Myotape I sleep so much better, I do not snore anymore (much to my husband delight) my mouth is not dry anymore but if I wanted a drink of water I could easily do this by drinking it through a straw. I feel totally rested when I wake up in the morning. This is a fantastic product , I can’t recommend this enough!
