Use as directed or you will be cold. Great product!
After doing research as I cannot take any hormone treatment I had to find something to help me with the "HOT FLASHES" this was the answer for me. I have been using the black cohosh for perimenopause & menopause and without it I don't think I would have made it this far. There are other cheaper products on the market that I have tried but this one not only helped but if I took too much I was cold at times.

Worked for Hotflashes
Well, I bought this because at the beginning of the year I started having severe hot flashes thanks to perimenopause... I like to do things the natural way and only go to the dr. if I really have to. I did some research and black cohosh kept coming up in everything I read so I was influenced and bought this product. It was about day 3 of taking it and man I felt the difference. I no longer had the severe hot flashes, and I just felt overall better. I actually like the taste of it too; it's kind of earthy but kind of sweet. It's so easy to take with the dropper and I feel it works faster since it hits the tongue and gets into your system much faster than a pill would. I will forever buy this brand and use it for as long as it keeps me feeling better.

It's very sweet to the taste,but has no sugar
For the first week of taking the black cohosh,it was great ,i felt some relief,i guess when your body gets used to it,its not as effective. No side effects with me

Hot flashes need to cool them down
This works but takes a few days to start helping with my hot flashes going through menopause once your on this at least a week you’ll cool down I recommend this product my doctor recommended me to try Black cohosh I found Amazon has the best price as well

So far it great
Tastes great. Been taking this and red clover (same brand) for about a week now and I feel like it's working better than the prescription meds I was taking for hot flashes. Hopefully it continues to work.

INCONSISTENT.
Wife says: I was very pleased with the first bottle of this that I got. The taste was pleasant, and my hot flashes seemed to be less frequent and less intense. Hooray! The second bottle was pretty much the same, but a slightly different color. No big deal. The third bottle tasted and smelled HORRIBLE. Reminds me of mold or mildew, though husband likened it to menthol. Not only that, but it didn't seem like it was making much difference -- hot flashes got worse again. Now bottle number 4. Doesn't taste AS bad as #3, but still weird compared to the first two. Just started it so not sure if it's making a difference with the hot flashes or not. So. Very inconsistent. If they were all like the first two bottles I'd give it 4, maybe even 5 stars. But it seems you never know what you're going to get. Also, they SAY they're third party tested, but I can find no proof of that, which seems a little sketchy.

I took 1/2 the recommended dose immediately upon receiving it. Within 1 hour I could feel a subtle difference brewing within me! By hour 2 ALL the wild menopausal symptoms were gone or nearly gone!!!! I slept SO good - 1st time in a couple months! Since, then I take 1/2 dose every 12 hours, RELIGIOUSLY!! Not a single symptom since, except once I forgot to take my pm dose and by 5am (24 hours since last dose), I was awakened by a full-on, sweat soaked hot flash. I don't dare miss a dose anymore! PLEASE never change or stop making this product, it's a blessing & works perfectly for me! I highly recommend giving this a try. The taste is sweet. I drop it on or under my tongue & take a sip of liquid, done. No crazy awful taste or aftertaste.
