I use this pre workout all the time. Especially being on TRT im more sensitive to caffeine. If I take too strong of a pre workout I over stimulate (i guess is the word) myself. Which then leads to a sleepless night. I take this around 2 pm up to 4pm and bed by 7pm. So this has a nice kick to it but isn't too strong either. So i fall asleep just fine. I take two scoops. Everyone is different but this one seems to work fine for me and my schedule.

I love this product, I’m a massage therapist with a demanding schedule; I prefer using this product between appointments when I need a little extra energy and endurance. I can use it later in the day and don’t typically have any trouble sleeping at night, I don’t ever feel shaky either.

This is definitely the energy I needed to replace energy drinks. Effectiveness: No crash & burn, I feel naturally fueled up! The texture is nice, no clumps and mixes nicely with ice water. Glad I spent the money on it.

As a constantly tired mom (you know the feeling of waking up already exhausted!), I used to rely heavily on Red Bulls just to function. Once I found BCAA Energy, I completely switched—and honestly, this gives me a better energy boost than any energy drink ever did.How I Use It:I drink this either during workouts (I’m a bit of a gym freak) or just throughout the day when I need a pick-me-up. It works so well that for the longest time, I thought one scoop was a full serving—and I still felt great every time. I just recently realized that two scoops are actually one serving! But since one scoop has been working for me, I’ll probably stick with that and maybe go for two if I’m feeling super drained.Flavors & Taste:The flavors are all 5 stars for me. I’ve tried Pink Lemonade, Blue Raz, Green Apple, and Grape—loved them all! Blue Raz might be my favorite, but honestly, they’re all delicious. Just a heads-up: the flavors are very strong and sweet, so I usually mix mine in a large 40 oz Stanley cup or add extra water. That takes care of the sweetness and makes it really refreshing.Ingredients (Why 4 Stars):The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the ingredients. While it’s definitely a healthier alternative to energy drinks, it still contains Red 40, Acesulfame Potassium, and Sucralose. I try to avoid artificial ingredients as much as possible and pay close attention to what I put in my body, so I really wish they’d offer a cleaner version. I order this for my husband and he really likes this product. He has been using this for at least two years. He says that it feels natural and that it gives him a boost of energy. He especially likes the value of buying the larger size option.

Helps to keep energy levels going through my workout. Great for recovery too. Havent had any bad flavors. They all taste good.
