Educational, skill building
My kid loves this play set! He plays in his little kitchen and itโs fun to see him using the play knife to cut up his fruits and veggies! Also an awesome play on hand-eye coordination while building a foundation for learning how to cook! Love the lasting effects this will have!

Excellent Toys
This play food is hard plastic which is holding up very well. The velcro is strong and weโve had no issues with it losing its grip. The knives that come with it are plastic are of no safety concern. The knives work very well cutting through the velcro which can help to develope future cutting skills.

Fragile, hollow, and easily break into tiny shards
These have the potential of being a fun play set and the utensils and fasteners work well but they're just too fragile. They're made from a thin and very brittle plastic that cannot hold up to typical toddler play. They lasted a single day and the burger bun was sat on, as one does, and shattered into 4 small pieces because it couldn't flex and instead broke. They're hollow, fragile, and dangerous.Update: the seller reached out after seeing my poor experience and offered a full refund or replacement. I opted for the refund.

Toddlers love them
These are cute, seem to be well-made. Variety of food. My kids like cutting them (2 and 4 yrs). Velcro works well. Great for play kitchen. I chose this set partially for the two baskets in not-awful colors.

Decent food set for what it is but be careful
Food has decent detail but hollow and thin walled. I love how each food has 1 velcro so the kids can "cut the food". Once the food starts the bend or get stepped on its game over and dangerous at that point. There is plenty of food varieties so the kids can have all the food groups. At first the velcro on each food is very strong so the kids may have a hard time to "cut" them but after a few times its easier.
