They are normal soap bubbles and do not stain.

Do these have a CE mark

Not 100% sure there is no CE mark but I have an autistic child and they are small parts especially the little star at the top is easy for them to break off. 😊 I used them as party favours in party bags. I would but again but maybe for older children.

If I ordered these now would they be ok to use in March still?
