This fits well and is cold long enough for the recommended icing of 15-20 minute at a time. It freezes quickly and is moldable to my foot. No leaking and it's comfortable to wear.

I would have never thought I needed this. But while window shopping I came across this and it’s been so beneficial. I’m on my feet everyday at work, in general I’ve had most jobs that have required me to be on my feet. At 40 years old, I feel it more and more after shifts. Don’t have shin splints but these gel pads work great regardless. As a way to revigorate my legs and rest up putting these on after work for 15-20 minutes is enough to relieve any exhaustion I feel. One of the better purchases I’ve made in recent years. The value for money and freezing time makes it easy to use as well as maintain. I keep these in the refrigerator and move them to the freezer when I’m ready to use. A must have if you’re looking for something to help with inflammation and exhaustion.

I'm using this currently after an adult tonsillectomy (day 4/5). Yeah, worth it. But, be ready to have other flexible ice packs outside of the four tear drop mini packs these come with. These do not stay cool long. I had a few of the long rectangular flexible gel packs already, and wrap them in a wash cloth (to protect my skin) and use this wrap like a "collar" rather than over the head on my neck/under jaw. It works great! This particular product allows you to snooze or walk around while icing hands-free. I strongly recommend getting two ice bags, the fabric old-timey looking ones made of fabric where you put ice cubes in- as those stay colder, longer. Both options on rotation will be excellent. The Velcro hold is ok. You wouldn't want it so strong it could choke you, so that makes sense. If you have a big head, this may not fit you well. I have a smaller head and it's a little tight. Around my neck as a collar (not its intended use) it's very large, since I have a small neck. I recommend this product, and hope you have a good recovery for whatever you're getting this for!!

I'm ordering another one- For easy chilling, i slide it back in the thin box it came with. It helps keep it sanitary in the freezer.

Does exactly what it says it does! Stayed cold for about 40 minutes. Haven’t tried the heat side yet but when I do, I will update review it was a great buy for this price, most ice packs are 30 and $40 for a good one. This one fits around my knee exactly the way I need it to and covers all sides of my knee. It is a great ice pack!

I injured my shoulder and used this for inflammation and swelling. It worked okay but did not stay cold for long. I used it probably 5 times. The material is floppy, so it kept sliding and shifting. I adjusted the strap tighter. I use it seldomly. Wish it was more fitted or more snug on arm.

Very happy with this. Well made, quality material. It is flexible when frozen so easy to wrap around the knee. Straps are long giving options for fit and stay put. Inner side is soft and comfortable.

I bought these as a gift for my husband for help with his shin splints. He loves that he can strap them on and walk around while icing them. So convenient and less messy/wasteful than ziplock bags of ice.

Gel started leaking within 1 month's usage. Useless.
